At least 15 people broke State Department rules in mishandling former Secretary Hillary Clinton’s emails, the department said in a review released publicly Monday.
While the full review is not completed, the department said it’s found 23 violations and seven infractions of security protocols related to Mrs. Clinton’s emails.
Some of the 15 people got write-ups placed in their security files at the department, according to a letter sent to Sen. Chuck Grassley, Iowa Republican. Those could affect future attempts to gain security clearances, the department said.
“The department considers and violation of security policies to be a serious matter,” wrote Mary Elizabeth Taylor, assistance secretary for legislative affairs.
She promised another update when the department’s review is done, but said department policy prohibits naming people dinged for their activities. It’s also not clear how many of them are still at the department.
The article goes on to recap how Hillary Clinton broke government rules and risked national security by using a private email server located in her home in New York, but that she was “too ignorant” to know the risks she was taking and for that reason should not be charged. That’s the conclusion reached by James Comey at the FBI and Loretta Lynch at the Department of Justice.
Investigations in 2016 found nearly two dozen emails Mrs. Clinton sent or received contained top secret information, while more than 2,000 others contained classified information.
It strikes me that a woman who is too ignorant to realize that top secret and classified government information was being put at risk because of her foolish decisions is too ignorant to be President of the United States.
We definitely dodged a bullet, and this isn’t the only reason, as we all know.
The review isn’t finished, and more information will be revealed when it is concluded.

There was a good article at AT this morning, Monica Showalter, who pointed out these State Dept higher-ups regarded their security clearances as status symbols, not for national security. Culture comes from the top.

Hillary was more than willing to thwart the desires of patriotic Americans who wanted to keep her out of elected office, and she needed help. I continue to be convinced that her server was left unsecured purposefully in order for both friendly and unfriendly governmental entities around the world to take what they needed. The family bribe coffers required periodic replenishment for the greedy and despicable Clintons and Hillary had a big payroll/payoff to maintain. Did BHO get a cut, too?

ONE such CRIME would put you or me in jail awaiting trial…2 years ago. I have no real idea what this latest pack of lies is about, but face it, Hillary IS a criminal. She has broken enough major laws to be in jail the rest of her useless life. And NO ONE will EVER DO AN SINGLE THING. NEVER. So while you say her crimes are not forgotten, I say they are only remembered when they can be used as click bait to improve momentary ratings. May as well be forgotten.
