   I love seeing the Queen’s face as she greets Melania and POTUS. She seems genuinely pleased.

   This is fake news. I don’t know what game the Washington Examiner is playing here, but if you watch the video, just before this still, the Queen is clearly extending her hand to President Trump.

   Someone should have told @realDonaldTrump that if one is invited to give the toast at a Buckingham Palace state banquet, then clinking glasses with Queen Elizabeth II is simply not the done thing.

   And certainly, don’t touch her.
