The second question is strictly rhetorical. Here’s a report on problems with California’s election system.
- Double voting allowed and undetected.
- California officials admit that illegal aliens may be voting in their state. At least 22,000 people mistakenly registered to vote.
- Registration switched to the wrong party – most to Democrat.
- Sure victories for Republicans mysteriously lost to Democrats in the hours, days, or even weeks following the election. ALL of the flipped elections throughout California went to Democrats! What are the chances?
- Then there’s voter harvesting, a new technique used by the Democrat party in California to flip districts.
Now there’s action in California and other states to remove President Trump from the 2020 ballots if he refuses to turn over his tax returns. Let’s hope that is prevented.
According to the National Conference of State Legislatures, bills have been introduced in 17 states that would keep President Trump off their election ballots in 2020 unless he releases his tax returns to the public.
The measures have passed the Senate in four states, including California, Hawaii, Illinois and Washington state…
There’s no law requiring presidential candidates to release their tax returns, but it’s been common practice since the 1970s. In 2016, candidate Donald Trump broke that tradition. He said he was not able to release his returns because they were being audited by the Internal Revenue Service.
While states do run elections, legal experts said they can’t add requirements to be president.
“The Constitution has spoken to that,” said Andrew McCarthy of the National Review Institute and a Fox News contributor. “And if you want to change the qualifications for presidency, including if you want to add a qualification that says you have to release your tax returns, you need to amend the Constitution.”

California Democrats are also fixing elections against their own Progressives. CA Progressives are not in the accepted CA Dem cliques, so the CA Progressives are being treated just as badly as CA Republicans are treated. One of my listens is Jimmy Dore, a raving Progressive, and one race was so blatantly fixed the election had to be held again.
Rep Devin Nunes’ last two podcasts were with CA’s new CA GOP party head. Of the only 14 seats CA GOP still held, 7 were eventually flipped as ballot counting continued for 3 weeks after election day.
Eventually all those illegals CA Democrats worshiped will turn on those same CA Democrats. Lord willing, we all will still be around to see it.
Meanwhile, could we start working on the wall to separate us from the upcoming new Mexico province Mexicali?

Democrats have proven themselves to be the party of crime, from the voting booths to the bureau offices, to the courts, to the elected scum they get in office. The commit the political crimes, they cover them up, they lie about everything, blame everyone for what they are doing and their MSM makes sure no one gets the truth. It is unimaginable that even the stupidest people among us could be fooled into voting for them, and it goes beyond explanation how they openly do it, and NONE of them go to jail. EVER.

I wonder if it is possible for the feds to demand a separate ballot in each state specifically for federal offices ONLY…President, House of Representatives and U.S. Senate.
Rules for those federal ballots would be: ID required…no ballot harvesting…mail-ins or online voting only to be used by a citizen whose doctor proclaims them unable to make it to the polling station and that doctor’s note must be notarized…any state which forces citizen registration at the DMV must stipulate that the registration is ONLY for local, county or state elections, NOT federal…any state in non-compliance will NOT be able to vote in federal elections.
If individual states wish to have corrupted voter registration rolls for intrastate elections, then the people of that state will have to deal with that one way or another…preferably by fighting back and cleaning up the rolls.
Probably none of this is Constitutional since methods of voting seem to be a states’ rights issue.
