One of my tasks today was to try to scissor clip Tucker. Got his front feet and the feathering on his front legs done, his left ear and part of his right ear, his tail, and most of the excess long hair on his nether parts. Then he stopped cooperating. More tomorrow or later when he is sleepy.

He must look very handsome when hes all pretty for spring! I Haven’t the patience for that “detailing” on dogs. Had a friend who had schnauzers who had to be thinned: she sent them to the groomer.

I’ll have him groomed too, but I wanted to get rid of the worst long hair. He looks much better now – not so shaggy.
