   …and attended a Presidential fundraiser at Brookside Country Club after the tank plant. $2800 let you in the door, $70,000 to dine with the President. The local paper, the Canton Suppository, even wrote a nice article. Their first, of course. This was, after all, the big money here in this area that attended, and it is big old money.
   Jane Timken, of Timken Roller Bearings, who is the head of the Ohio RNC as well as Timken Co., is from Canton. Nice lady. No doubt Jane arranged this.
   And DIL got to see the motorcade from Lima to Canton. Yup, we are hicks, and proud of it. It takes so little to make us happy. 😉
