Everybody who is talking about this is all over the map. Some keep saying that if President Trump calls a National Emergency it will set a precedent while others have said it has been done 30 times before. Can’t wait to see what he says.

Apparently what is unprecedented is that President Trump is bypassing Congress and re-appropriating funds. (I don’t know if that statement is true or not but that is a perspective that I just heard.)
So let’s just put this it into perspective.
Obama re-appropriated 1.7 billion dollars of tax payers money to the pockets of the ruling Mullahs in Iran without congressional approval. Mullahs who rule with the sword of death, Mullahs who promotes and blessed pedophiles, Mullah’s who are fleshed demons.
Barely a peep was heard from the MSM, Congress, The House or SCOTUS.
The MSM, Congress, the SCOTUS all allowed Obama to act unconstitutionally during his entire 8 years of tenure.
The democrats are the biggest hypocrites in the world.

Klukowski explains why Pres Trump is perfectly within his legal rights to declare a nat’l emergency, due to laws passed by Congress giving the Pres those explicit powers. What Obama did with DACA is definitely illegal, to which no one said a word. 6:03
