Trump rallies in El Paso, Texas: What to expect

Beto will also be in town for an “anti-Wall” march. Oh my. The pretend Mexican Irishman is obviously running for something.

By the way, having looked at it myself, the President misspoke about “violent” crime in El Paso, but he took the word of someone else when he said it. If he had left out the word “violent”, he would have been 100% correct, because property crimes have dropped significantly.

    Yeah, better if he hadn’t said it. Every time he mispeaks, the MSM yells, “he lies.”

    Annnnnnnd…I’ll post it again. There’s been a history of crime, violent and otherwise, along the US Mexican border dating back well over a century in modern times. There used to be a slew of of stories, both books and articles, about it. One of my personal heroes, Bill Jordan, served for 30 years with the Border Patrol down there and has written books about his encounters with Frito Banditos and other illegal immigrant types.

    They’re already on the ‘Trump is ignorant about Texas’ rant. So far the press is centering on his ‘violent crime’ point and ignoring the fact that just across the Rio Grande is Juarez, one of the most violent cities in Mexico, and the work done along the border has prevented El Paso from becoming another Juarez.
    While I was in and out of El Paso from 2001 thru 2003 we were cautioned about crime in downtown El Paso and flat out forbidden from going across the border. That fulminating mass of Mexican mayhem is just poised to roll on into El Paso and beyond and THAT’S what the MSM is avoiding talking bout. Better for media sales to avoid the pounding from the Left by centering on Trump and ignoring the 800 pound gorilla on the border.

    So if I have this correct President Trump has the MSM ballyhooing the fact that there is a whole lot of violence along our southern border?

    Like a fox.

    Simple answer.

    We need a bigger wall.
