Hahaha, the dog with the snout cap! All of them are adorable.
I had really cute coats for my Shih Tzu. He was very laid back and wasn’t bothered one bit by being “dressed up.” He’s been gone for ten years now and was such a character.

The ocean and beaches are my favorite settings. A ship on the sea is an adventure to lands known and unknown. Sitting on a sandy beach looking at the ocean becomes a calm interior journey perhaps discovering oneself.

Very well said! My happiest childhood moments were spent at the beach. Wish I could get back there. Maybe this summer. 😊

I love the hypnotic sound of the waves on the shore. I have a noise geneertor by my bedside & I set it to that sound evey night.

😦 Mine has seagulls squawking in the sea sound. So, I have to listen to the rain, which isn’t so bad, but I may have to get a new machine before too long. It sometimes turns off and on by itself.

Replaced my old one with this better one from Bed Bath & Beyond, after looking for almost a year! Used to be I could find them at Walgreen’s before Christmas, or online, but the only ones I could find had lights or stars on the ceiling or some such nonsense. I like to sleep in a very, very dark room, too. Even have an eye mask!

I have a good one that was a gift. It has several different sounds. It has lights, but you can turn them off.

I have a funny story about it. It looks like a small round spaceship. When I went thru security at the airport the first time with it in my carry-on, I was waiting at the other side for my piece of luggage to come out and it didn’t. When I looked back, there were about 6 or 8 TSA people standing around staring at the x-ray screen looking concerned. I moved over to see what they were looking at, and it was my luggage and there, big as life, was the little spaceship. LOL They finally decided it was okay.

Just thought I would quickly sneak in – have to quick get ready for doctor’s appointment, but thought I would share this with you, cause know you love pics too
when I copied it as pic it was small. Then copied in word doc, then saved as pic was very large. opened in paint changed size to post. Took about 1 minute if it happenes to you again. Usually if pics small they will not enlarge, but this must have originally been big – just in case you want to try agin with another pic.
Laughed so hard when dog shut door on screaming pickle, I had tears coming out of my eyes! – now there’s an interesting sentence taken out of context! hahahaha!

Dogs have good night vision, due in large part to the tapetum, a mirror-like structure which reflects light, giving the retina a second chance to register light that has entered the eye. This is also what makes dogs eyes glow at night. The dog is holding a toy in her mouth.
