    City slicker of the day.
    I’d posted before about the city folk driving by another neighbor’s farm, mom/dad/kids out by the 4-strand bobwahr (it was a Texas company) fence trying to call the 1500-or-so pound Angus bull over to pet. Yesterday there was an obviously city car (it was clean) parked by another neighbor’s farm, mom and the kids all over leaning on the cattle fence taking pix with their cell phones. I stopped and they said they were taking pix of the wild pigs, they’d heard about our wild pig problems ‘out here’ and we’re thrilled to see them.
    Now I can understand that they might not recognize duroc pigs in their natural, assembled Un-Walmart form, might even understand that the pigs were grazing peacefully (sows with piglets) just feet away, but one would think that the bright ear tags on the pigs might be a giveaway they weren’t les cochons au natural.
    Then again I’m presuming their social media pals ain’t that pig savvy either.

          Most people who believe abortion’s an answer to their behavior’s are in the same boat with those folks who think it’s OK to toss Jews into ovens, and no amount of statistics will change their minds. Unfortunately the only functional solution that comes to mind puts me in the same lane with those oven folks.

            That’s not always true. An example are the women who decide against an abortion after seeing their baby on an ultrasound.

            The woman who blocked me yesterday did it after I made a couple of frank comments about what is done during an abortion. Truth is their enemy.

              When it was first proposed years ago to have women get an ultrasound before they decide on abortion, I had trouble understanding why anyone was against it. I just couldn’t believe the truth that they wanted the babies to die.

    Yipee! I just sold my tractor! I was not using it anymore. I finished everything around the property that I wanted to do. I kept it to plow snow. I am 62 years old and to tell you the truth, sitting in an open cab in 28 degree weather, is just something I can’t do anymore. I took a little less than I was asking, but did not have to advertise, do the evil Craig’s list thing, or have a bunch of strangers coming to my house! Word of mouth and sold to someone I have known for 30 years. I have cash and a 2.5 ton yard ornament is gone!

    Wash Post is pushing the story that Obama was deeply involved in trying to prevent Russia from interfering with the 2016 elections. They say he received an ‘Eyes Only’ report from the CIA, intended for him and a few top trusted aides only, too secret for even the daily intel brief, that outlined Putin’s direct involvement in trying to get Trump elected.
    Alas, Obama was slow, Obama was restrained by events, Obama didn’t have enough time to work with potential fallout, Obama was deeply involved in trying to turn lead into gold…pick an exculpatory excuse. It was a stab at faint blame while trying to make a Trump look as if Putin elected him over Saint Hillary.
    First off, why no talk about how the hacked emails showed perfidy in the Rat’s work? Why excuse the evil as the emails were exposed thru illegal means? Does that make them sanitized?
    Next we have the issue of ‘top secret’ CIA reports that are too secret to be seen and, as they come from sources ‘deep within the Russian government’, cannot be verified by the mere meatpuppets who fund the Company. Ignore the fact that the Company gas been the source of politically-motivated ‘intelligence’ for decades. Remember the phony Russian bomber and ICBM gap data? How ’bout dat Iraqi chemical weapons data? Now we have what appears to be another attempt by the deep intelligence state to cough up an intel report we’re supposed to take without a teaspoon of sugar, one aimed at zapping a guy they’re not exactly happy with. Then again, cleaner than the two Kennedy things.

      The latest I saw is that the evidence was presented to Republican Congress critters, and they refused to act. I pointed out that the FBI, CIA, and DOJ serve at the pleasure of the President, so why wasn’t anything done about it?
