It made me cry when VP Pence said “Welcome Home” to the Vietnam Vets.

At one point, I though VP Pence was going to cry.

Yes, I had that feeling, too. His words are very sincere.

I have a retired Army friend in Miami who spends a lot of his time working charity fund raisers to bankroll these Honor Flights. Full disclosure: they involve alcohol so it’s not all sacrifice on his part but it’s the thought that counts. They had an event this last weekend to fund an upcoming flight, thry also sent a flight up when Obama closed the WWII memorial, they just pushed their way thru. Ooorrraahhhhh!
