I saw him get off the plane and I think he was at the laying of the wreath but none of children are at the concert.

I saw a couple of the children at the beginning of the concert. Perhaps they were taken somewhere else?

I just took a quick look at the beginning of the video. Ivanka’s daughter is there, and the daughter of one of her brothers. Don’t know about the rest.
