    Got to listen to Sen Collins (R-ME) telling us why she will not support Trump. Scrub off the puffery and it comes straight back to the RINO elite doctrinal chant that the Party picks the candidate, not The Great Unwashed, the people’s job is to vote for whomever the anointed have appointed.Time to start looking for sales on rope, tar and feather pillows.

          I’ve watched the video of it several times because it keeps making me laugh. He’s laying there like he’s half dead while they’re all surrounding him, one loud woman yelling over and over, OMG. Then you hear gun shots and they all scatter and the guy laying on the ground jumps up and takes off as well.
          The funniest is the end of the video when one of them says that the cops are sitting over there doing nothing.
          They hate them and want them all dead or at least gone, but then want them to save their behinds.

      Good grief.

      After a quiet morning vigil and evening church service, the night turned violent when a car speeding south on West Florissant Avenue struck a protester who had ventured into the street.

      I have a feeling that “ventured” has a very different meaning to some folks than it does to others 🤔.

        Well, we had a lotta ISIS oil find its way into the US economy because we ‘couldn’t determine its origins’ and they had tons of cash stacked up in safe houses we didn’t bomb until late-on. Now we’re pin-pricking ISIS even after they’ve murdered untold thousands of Christians in Syria and Iraq while the various Moslem-owned oil producing nations show their approval of our ignoring the holocaust by pumping oil like mad so the Republicans don’t have the ‘high gas prices’ hammer to hit the RATS with. If it walks like a duck…

    It is a very interesting investigative article about the corruption plagued project in NYC. But inside the article the author dives into an area of immigration corruption that I have never heard of; the USCIS EB-5 (employment-based fifth preference visa) program. This is how the program is defined:

    Under this program, entrepreneurs (and their spouses and unmarried children under 21) are eligible to apply for a green card (permanent residence) if they:
    1) Make the necessary investment in a commercial enterprise in the United States; and
    2) Plan to create or preserve 10 permanent full-time jobs for qualified U.S. workers.

    Congress created the EB-5 Program in 1990 to stimulate the U.S. economy through job creation and capital investment by foreign investors. In 1992, Congress created the Immigrant Investor Program, also known as the Regional Center Program. This sets aside EB-5 visas for participants who invest in commercial enterprises associated with regional centers approved by USCIS based on proposals for promoting economic growth.

    Basically, an alien can “buy” a conditional green card from the US gov’t for a small $500k investment into a company or start a company and they (alien) in turn have 2 years in which they must provide documentation that they have created 10 “new” jobs from their investment. Oh and there is a lesser used $1 million investment option that has no strings attached to the job creation.

    I’m gonna start doing some digging, but I wonder if there is any connection to the Clinton Foundation? (the author tries to implicate HRC in the NYC project)

    What about organizations with a legit business’ that provide cover for their terrorist ties? (our friend Ali in MS comes to mind; with his father’s multiple quick stop business or Clock Boy’s dad or ORL shooters dad)

    I have read that some 80% of those alien investors are from China.

    WOOF! With the Weatherguessers predicting gloom, doom and floods I went out and dug some breaks in the Beaver Dam from Hell so I get a calculated release of about 80,000 gallons an hour. Gettin’ too old for this pick and shovel crap.
    We figure that’ll drop the lake level about 4″ in two days which, combined with the distance between the lake surface and top of the dam, should give us the ability to deal with 6 inches of rain over 48 hours with no sweat. Ground’s dry so we’ll get some soak-in and runoff will be slow and can be handled unless we get training. Even then we can take a 2-day 10-inch rain as the beaver dam’s much lower than the dam-dam. All these little things we didn’t have to deal with in the city…

    Wow!!! Just came in from the RAIN!!! Tried to beat the storm home, didn’t, so the tractor is washed, I’m washed, and the rain gage indicates 1/2″. Looking forward to a hot shower…..

      Roger that, rain’s to our NE and movin’ in but daytime heating’s down so it’s ‘weakening’. Left my mud-sotted boots an pants on the back porch so that rain can clean ’em before I throw ’em in the wash. Can’t be a farmer/rancher if yer shy of mud.

    Mike Pene is going to be in Milwaukee tonight. I’ve received about 6 invitations, one just now, so I am guessing that not a lot of people are attending. I can’t go, but I wouldn’t go even if I could, as it’s Milwaukee and if I don’t have to be there after dark I am not there after dark.

      Pence was in P-burgh last night, very small venue, Heinz History Center, less than 200 attending. That’s about 50 more than the room can hold…… Trumps in Altoona on Friday. An old railroad town. Mostly demos within the towns limits, repos all thru central pa. Altoona is home to the famous Horse Shoe Curve……..

    Ahhhhhh…found good pickled herring, pickles as close as I can get to the real German ones (they are good) and fresh Vidalia onions…it’s Rollmop night! I do so miss really good pickled and smoked herring and smoked eel.

    Lynch and the DoJ seem to have come to Stephanie Rawlings-Blake’s rescue with a report that says the Baltimore PD’s oppressive and racist…timing’s suspicious but takes the sting out of the city’s getting it attempt to Lynch the officers involved in the Grey case thrown back in its lap. City and DoJ will now publicly pillory the PD to try and get the public to stop focusing on the cities many failures. Always handy for some tinpot dicktator to have a public servant to publicly sacrifice.

    This weekend is National Blueberry Fest in my town, our busiest weekend of the summer.

    We cater for 350 on Saturday. Word has it that BLM-types plan to protest in front of City Hall that day, right next to all the businesses that want to make money that day, and most sane minds realize that it won’t be confined to “in front of City Hall”.

    On Independence Day weekend, there were a couple of BLM-type medium-to-large scale mostly-black riots and mayhem (google South Haven North Beach Closed). It was so bad that we might not even have fireworks next year. These animalistic people were actually tossing big picnic coolers and glass fifth liquor bottles randomly into the air, high-arc, into crowds of people with kids and babies in strollers who were just there to watch the fireworks. Presumably just because they were white and priveleged. Funny thing is most of them have extreme Lefty bumper stickers and three houses.

    In a separate incident, a young college ball-player and baller rented a whole bowling alley for a party, it, naturally due to social freakin’ media, got way the heck out of hand, (in the ubiquitous monthly-black-riot-at-Chuck-E-Cheese style), and the cops for miles around, including other municipalities, counties, and even the state, had to come in. BLM word is they locked people inside the joint, and then used tear gas and rubber bullets.

    So now the word is the kid plans on using social media to form a protest on City Hall’s lawn against police officers, because I guess crime should be allowed if you’re black… or some such B.S…

    The Farmer’s Market, huge, is across the street. All our businesses in town are on the block.

    I heard that the kid and his family talked with the PoPo and cancelled the “event”, but how do you “cancel” a social-media mob?

    About 4 years ago on a holiday weekend, they came and took over one whole side of the main drag. Never made the news, because they didn’t do anything illegal. They just came, 300 or so of them, and took over one side of two whole blocks of the main drag in a resort town, carried on loudly with each other, and laughed as the white people all crossed the street in fear. Almost nobody left our restaurant for about an hour an a half. The ones with CCW probably stayed. And there are many.

    Anyway, I’ll keep ya’s posted.
