To me, things are looking rockier for Trump. I go back to my belief that he should have hired, listened to and scrupulously followed the advice of professional handlers early on. His shoot-from-the-hip style works with a lot of the people but not enough of the undecided voters and they are the ones you have to attract.
Note that Hillary’s not on TV news as much as Trump is and when Trump’s on it’s mostly negative reporting whil Hillary’s portrayed in a more positive light. Lots of negative Trump, a small serving of positive Hillary and she starts to look vetter by comparison. They’ll be talking about how the Rat pros soun and won this election for a long time after November – and pretty well gutted the Republican party in the wake.
Negative campaigning works, it’s a proven technique practiced by professionals who do nothing else and are paid well. You may believe that underdogs can break through the clouds of smoke and walls of mirrors to hand the truth to a public who’ll reward them with a political office but it don’t happen often. Think the public wants truth and reality? Explain the popularity of ‘reality shows’.
It would be hard enough to nail Hillary if the Republican party were behind Trump but with what should be his support trying to dump him I see it as nearly impossible for him to win. Rats are attacking his front while RINOs are biting his rear.
If the Party manages to put Cruz in, even with Kasich as VP, I’m betting enough disgusted Trump voters would stay home to throw the election. The Rats will be stumping hard and heavy to get Sanders supporters over to Hillary, they usually do a far better job of wrangling votes than we do, and they’ll push heavily on the ‘first woman president’ and ‘breaking the male-imposed glass political ceiling’ angles. They’re still fine-tuning the ‘what’s in it for me’ parasite angle for their cattle but that’s not too hard, they have wranglers whose job is to ride herd on them full time. Our message to them is 180 from what the Rat’s is so they’re a loss to us, puts us in a bind from day one. They’re out consolidating their own and discouraging ours while we’re out shooting ourselves in the foot.
The convention will be the first hurdle and if the RINO elite manage to dump Trump then November will be just a formality. If Trump survives the convention he’s going to have an uphill battle against the RINO elite and Republican trolls po’d that their personal kitchen witch lost the race, nevermind the Rat machine. I haven’t felt well about this for months and so far it seems to be following my darkest thoughts.

I was out setting up my irrigation when an old piece came back to me – a pronouncement during the Clinton years that the overwhelming majority of small ( owner-family run) farms could disappear overnight and it would have slmost zero effect upon the US ag products on your table.
I was with the USDA at that time and the real Ag folk, far outnumbered by the real non-Ag bureaucrats, knew that was a slap in the face of smal farmers and a big ‘thumbs up and thanks for all the donations’ to agribusiness.
Except for the Pigford fiasco, which was only loosely related to agriculture, very little substantial work to directly help the family farmer was fone. Some old programs were maintained (thank’s for not hitting me) and some programs (more aimed at benefitting aliens/special interest groups) were created but for the majority of small farmers these programs were akin to a cat chasing a laser dot.
If (dare I say ‘when’) the RINOs lose the election for us I’m going to get a list of her campaign donations and comb it for the major agribusiness and Chinese food megalith donations, should be interesting to see who she sold us out for.
If you like your fresh, nutritious and organic you can keep it.
