This is part of the problem. For too long, we have allowed those in power to live by a different set of standards than which they set for us. They profit from their criminality, while those who rail against it are punished disproportionately. The Obamacare framework was penned by a felon while in prison!! Dr. Lakin was imprisoned for refusing orders to deploy. And so on.
“We shall conquer together or we shall die together”
Churchill’s quote is still apt today.
As always, the seachange to a more moral society operating as a bonafide oasis of individual liberty must begin within. I like to refer to it as “self-policing”, but each of us must take stock of our own moral “red lines in the sand” and make the tough choices before we can collectively act in unison.

When I was younger it just chapped my behind that I had to give the government my money. For several years now it does more than chaps my behind, I honestly think about what my part of the money will be spent on and it makes me ill.
