      He obviously is blaming Bush for the results under Obama. Arguing with the guy would be a waste of time in my opinion. He already threw the race card.

        I absolutely agree that it would be pointless to argue with him in an effort change his mind. He may not actually believe what he’s writing (is so over the top as to leave people speechless). It’s only members of the audience that could be swayed.
        Jon Jon is giving all the fallacious arguments the left has against one economic post.

        Perhaps it could be used as an educational tool to dissect it.

      I didn’t get through all his nuttiness but I would say something to him that I have said to people online and in real life, “I don’t participate in dysfunctional conversations.”

    Hmm… steely resolve and disdain for Kerry, Kerry is being conciliatory, they are not shaking hands, perhaps they already did.

    It seems things are going from the hand basket straight into the fire at an accelerated pace.

    I understand people being pleased with the fact that Putin is beginning to openly despise Obama and his administration and that he he is bombing ISIS, I understand “the feel goodness” of Putin putting NATO on the spot. I just don’t understand people who think Putin has somehow become a friend of “the right people in America.” Putin is no less of the KGB mindset today than he was 35 years ago. And the world is a far more dangerous place because Obama doesn’t know how to have a relationship of balances with Russia.

    Color me dull.

      I’ve been reading a book about Frederick the Great on and off for the past month or three. Nothing has changed in European politics. We just have a few generations of poorly educated, self-serving, power hungry, idiots in charge of our government and media.

    I don’t have lazy days very often, but when I do I sure enjoy them. I was all alone today, all of my work caught up, transferred the business phone to my husband’s cell phone and after chores this morning I took a lazy day for myself.
    Long hot bath and watched Waltons on DVDs all day. Just laid on the couch all day. The only thing that could have made it better was if I had a maid or butler who could have brought me something to drink and eat and kept wood on the fire.lol

    I almost feel guilty, but my guilty pleasure is over as it’s time to start preparing dinner.

        Just rain for us thankfully. It stopped raining here about six this evening. I’m keeping my fingers crossed that it stays that way. It’s a muddy mess, but dealing with mud is better than dealing with ice.

            We had 3.5″ during my sojourn to el Gordito for teh turkeyfest. 🙄 Creek sure does look good though.

            This has been a very wet year. I think our rain gauge has seen too much water this year, it’s developed a leak.lol
            So I’m not sure how much we’ve gotten during this latest round, I just know it’s a lot and I’m tired of the mud.
            I guess God works in mysterious ways though, we still haven’t gotten anyone to haul us any gravel. If we had it would all be washed away as well. Maybe someday in the future we can get the holes fixed in the driveway.

    Sorry, but I ain’t buyin’ what they’re selling here. “The end of capitalism”…….the “free” economy. This was posted by a “grown-*ss” man I know on FB. Being the gentleman that I am, I am just gonna keep my mouth shut. This tripe, with far too numerous quotes from huffingandpuffington post portends a day when much is “free”. Although they seem to leave out minor things like food. And shelter. But hey, it’s a new paradigm. 🙄 🙄
