I read this morning that it is “Ronald Reagan Day” today in Wisconsin, and this week marked the 105th anniversary of his birth.
This speech was made more than fifty years ago, but the topics of the speech will be very familiar.

Very familiar indeed!
What has been will be again, what has been done will be done again; there is nothing new under the sun.

I did not know that Wisconsin had a “Ronald Reagan Day”. It was must have been instituted after I moved away. What a great orator! It did take more than my usual 5 minute break to listen to the whole speech, but well worth it.

Actually it is spooky that most of what he covered has continued on until today even though we can see how bad the implementation of it has been and we are still fighting it .
