So it is morning again, seems like another 100* day with very little chance of rain. Area is now at less than half the rain it should have had all year. And hurricane season seems to be staying out in the far Atlantic.
Sorry for that, Czarina…no fun to be rain=starved. Here in eastern Oregon, we’re having the first normal summer weather in several years based on a 30-year average. Makes one appreciate it that much more!
National Raspberry Bombe Day – I’m getting a feeling the Raspberry Growers’ Council doesn’t miss a chance to promote the fruit, as they show up about weekly.
National Sons and Daughters Day
National Presidential Joke Day – as if we needed a designated day for this
Play in the Sand Day and Global Kinetic Sand Day – “kinetic sand” seems to be about building structures with dampened sand
If this is how things have been going all week, the boys at Bud are in real, real trouble. Earlier in the week, it was announced they were throwing off 8 A-B sister brands, and this is their booth at Sturgis this week. I hope the Busch family saved some of their money and want to get back in the beer business.
Mornin’ All. Coolish mooring, clear sky, looks like another nice day.
I’ve been hearing stories from Hawaii this morning. How awful to have the fire moving toward you very fast and no place to go. Prayers for those people who survived and now need help.
And here is something you should know: yes, Weiss is a US Atty appointed by Trump and that is what the WH repeatedly mentions.…but but but..do you know how this is done? US Attys are chosen on the recommendation of two US senators in the state…and BOTH SENATORS in Delaware are…
AG Merrick Garland is NOT allowed to appoint David Weiss as special counsel. Garland is defying federal regulations. He only can name someone “outside the United States government” (28 CFR 600.03). So, the fix is in. Weiss will continue the obstruction & Biden protection.
We had Ivermectin tablets on hand [ordered online] and took them for Covid symptoms. They did help my better half. I took one the first day and felt very ill; took one the next day and felt ill then passed out. I mentioned it to my doc on this year’s visit, and he said that Ivermectin can lower blood pressure drastically in some people…mine is naturally very low. So important to be aware of all the factors.
I agree. If your doctor had been able to prescribe Ivermectin to you or your husband, he would have been aware of your low blood pressure and prescribed accordingly.
This warms the cockles of my heart. SBF-50 has to leave the confines of mommy and daddy’s house and spend some time in the pokey. Every once in a while, the news does astound me for the rich and connected. 😀 😀 😀
Mornin’ kids!

Mornin’, Miss Wee. That’s pretty accurate, it seems. Now, I must go and take a shower. 😉

Interesting. Gregg Jarrett is NOT a DJT fan at all. It’s not going to change anything, but at least people are catching on.

Did you hear the news reader use the term “teen takeover”. That’s what the new mayor calls these thug mobs. Using their words now!
