      I visited old friends today. They told a story of hearing two thumps on their door, and when they opened it, a neighbor’s goat walked right in, like he owned the place. Does it count if the goat was happy?

    Mornin’, afternoon, whatever. I can smell the smoke from the fire now. I couldn’t before. Somebody told me this morning that they don’t expect to have the fire under control for a month. I took Loki for a walk and then went to the laundromat. It was not busy until after 10:00 and then people poured in. All the washers and dryer were busy. Of course, I got their before 9:00. We are going over to the kids’ today for dinner again. Loki loves to go there. Last week, when my son got home from work, Loki leaped onto his lap as soon as he sat down. She sure loves people, especially men. Her previous owner was a man. I guess that is why. Anyway, got to get things straightened up so we can go in a while. Enjoy your day.

      The Hoft brothers (among many others) are totally on top of the election fraud. I recommend The Gateway Pundit whenever possible.

        Gatewaypundit always a good place to start for me. If I want more in-depth info, there are many other sites to check out. Overall, they do a fine job getting the headlines out there.

    “Tucson Sector Chief Patrol Agent John R. Modlin tweeted a report about the arrest of a previously deported child rapist. Agents assigned to the Brian A. Terry Border Patrol Station arrested Cosmen Huesca-Cruz, a Mexican national, after he illegally re-entered the United States near Naco, Arizona.

    “During a biometric background investigation, agents found a conviction from a Pierce County, Washington, court for a felony rape of a child in the third degree.”

    Remember the Oxford, Michigan school shooting? Well, it seems that there was an armed guard on the premises who saw what was going on and did nothing – just like at Uvalde, Texas. Parents are suing.

    Johnson said Potts told investigators that when shots were fired, she was confused because she heard on the radio that there was an Alert, Lockdown, Inform, Counter and Evacuate (ALICE) drill. She then walked by Tate Myre, who had been shot. She allegedly told investigators that she thought that the training makeup was really good, and kept walking.

    It then dawned on her that it may have been real, Johnson said she told investigators.

    Video showed her then walk to the bathroom where Justin Shilling, Keegan Gregory, and accused shooter Ethan Crumbley were, Johnson said. She is seen on the video opening and closing the door with her gun in hand before walking away. Shilling was shot after she walked away.

    Shilling, who died the next day, was the fourth and final victim.

    “It’s difficult to know that he could still be here,” said Craig Shilling “You get paid to do a job. Why wouldn’t you do it?”
