    Mornin’ All. Loki didn’t get me up until 8:00 this morning. And, the air conditioner was going like crazy, so I knew it was hot outside. And, it was. Sunny and humid, too. I am pretty excited about going to Ormond Beach. It is supposed to be in the high 80’s and 90’s this coming week. That will be nice. Annnnd, we might have a t-storm in the middle of the week, which I would love. Hope all of you have good weather today.

      Beach breezes are so soothing. A lightning storm over the ocean is exciting! We will be off and on wet all day today, dry and nice tomorrow, wet again Sunday. Currently 76* but 90% humidity.

      Sounds like you’ll have a fun time, mom! Eat lots of fresh seafood!

      DH and I awoke to find an inch of NEW SNOW on the ground this morning. DH stood in front of the picture windows and howled “NOOOOOOOOO!!!” But it is 40* out, so at least he won’t have to shovel it. I just hope it doesn’t hurt the new green shoots just showing themselves in the flower beds. C’mon spring!

          That would require wearing a mask, which I refuse to do. But I’m sure enjoying all y’all’s photos of greenery and flowers! We’ll get there before too much longer. We’re now up to 16 hours/day of sunlight, and above freezing pretty much ’round the clock. Planting our seed potatoes next week!

      I saw in the news that Florida put into effect a law strengthening voting rules. It just gets better and better.
      When the Constitution went into effect, some of the Founders were afraid the States would run over the Federal Govt. A hundred years later the Feds began running over the States,
      Just maybe the States will make the Founders fears a reality. It is about time.

      HOU is still under DEFCON 1, which is the highest level of full-scale panic we can have. The crazy lady running the county gubmint is a Mini-AOC and has been drunk with power for the last year. Apparently she’s been getting some awards just like Super Mario up in NY. I don’t go downtown, for a number of reasons, but if I was a betting man, I’d say that by Memorial Day, if she hasn’t lifted the face diaper regs, people en masse are going to tell her to shove it. The grocery store I go to out in the ‘burbs is still running at about 75% masks on, but every time I go in, I see fewer and fewer. Our governor is not near the stiff-spined leader he wants people to believe he is. I hope he doesn’t embarrass himself and try to run for POTUS next go-round.
