Big Business Willingly Enlists as Foot Soldiers for the Left
    April 13, 2021 – by Tony Perkins

A cartel is formed when business leaders conspire together on how to force people to pay the prices they demand. But what is it called when CEOs conspire to force people to play by their rules on voting, not prices? English has no word for it because American corporations have never attempted to override American democracy — until now.

Mornin’ Lucille, Wee, and everybody else who shows up later. 🙂 Sunny, etc. here.

I am so pleased. My friend and I did a little shopping and then went to lunch yesterday. My friend had seen her doctor and told her she was finding a new doctor. She decided she would try mine. We didn’t get back until late and I knew the office was closing soon, so I called just to find out if they were even taking new patients. My doctor isn’t, but there are other doctors in the group who are. I explained some of the problems she is having and the receptionist said to have her call and that they had a few appts available soon. I am glad I butted in like that because when they did talk my friend’s phone wasn’t working (it does that after a lot of rain for some reason). So the receptionist had to call her back multiple times to get all the info she needed because the phone kept shutting down, but she was even willing to stay after closing to get it done. So, I have high hopes they will help her. The whole office has always been so nice and helpful. That was not true where she had been going.

Here’s hoping today will be as productive for us all.

Good morning, aus! Glad to hear that your friend is moving forward with seeking a new doctor. It’s obvious that book learning is only part of being a physician and it’d be great if more doctors devoted time to learning how to speak to patients and reassure them. A little psychology goes a long way.

      Have a lovely day!

Maybe this will explain better what I posted last night. This is what Biden and his ilk have planned for us. Everyone lives in a craphole apartment in a craphole big city run by crappy dem politicians. Ben Carson could have essentially killed this real dead if he had acted early on. Instead, he made a half-hearted attempt practically on his way out the door. This is not good, people.

This was Obama’s plan, but Obama couldn’t or wouldn’t bring it to fruition.

My theory, with no evidence (lol) is Obama hates Biden so much Obama is using Biden to finish off this country, thus leaving Obama with a “pristine” legacy. and Biden the guy who eliminated the U.S.’s very existence, which is/was Obama’s intention all along..

Bronco Bama did in fact get it started………..but far too late for it to take hold. Luckily. But since this is his 3rd term, he does feel the need to sow the seeds of evil.

T, I am equally alarmed. This is an attack on civilization, on the foundations of our society. I believe it to be their plan to seek out the last remaining cells of healthy, safe, educated, functioning America and inject the poison. Only the very wealthy will be protected.

When I was in high school I had a teacher who had a nice little parcel of land with a lake, fed by water running off Missionary Ridge (site of a big Civil War battle) above it. The city decided to put in a housing project beside him, and his paradise was forever gone. He fenced the property, but dealt with thug encroachment and destruction and theft from then on. That’s what they want for all of us.

Which leads to a turn on your comment, but related, I think. I’m not a big Rod Dreher fan, but his columns often feature stories from people who have real life examples to share.

Yesterday I read one from a 24 year old young lady. During the pandemic she missed social contact and started a chat group, I’ll call it. Eventually she asked a friend to help moderate, the friend being the daughter of a Baptist minister I believe.

I’m going to skip a long story about what all went wrong and just tell the point. The friend increasingly steered the group, which was originally to play and discuss games, toward political issues, heavily about LGQTXYZ whatever bullshite. Then came out as gender fluid or whatever.

Along this journey the young woman who started the group became an outcast of her own group because the others were not so much “woke” as totally unwilling to step out and call this second girl on her BS, and they then began to support her openly, and anyone who didn’t was, yep, you guessed it, racist. This group was started with her friends, and eventually expanded some. The other girl quite skillfully, over the course of time, boxed her in and made it an online shootout, with her being the good guy and the original founder of the group the evil one.

The point the young lady makes is this. How will Christian children, younger than her, fare in schools with these bullies, teachers and kids? We all know how very vicious they can be. What hope do we have of our children keeping the values we teach them against the ocean they swim in? This story made me see vividly what exactly our children face.

Truly, only the home schooled can survive this, but unlike all those who throw stones at parents who don’t homeschool, I know there are some who can’t. Perhaps one of my two autistic grandsons could benefit from homeschooling, but Conner sure wouldn’t. He needs intense, professional help. Any many parents simply can’t for other reasons. Work among them. I know some good mother’s who would be awful teachers.

Most of us haven’t dare looked into the Pandora’s Box we have open.

Anne Graham Lotz had a similar experience (as did I, actually), only it occurred in her church. Anne was pushed out, and moved on to start holding her own mini-crusades.

It may take 40 or 70 years, perhaps even more, but Our Lord gave us an immutable promise, and He will step in when the time is correct.
We only need one who remains faithful.
        imo

Some facts to share with your friends regarding cops shooting people. It’s not near what The Squad or any other bunch of crazies say it is, but facts don’t matter to them. They do to me, and they should to you.
