Mornin’ All. Overcast and cool here today. I’m a little tired. They wake up the doggies at the kennel around 4:00 AM or 5:00 AM, feed them and take them out. So, she started jumping around on the bed about 4:30 AM. I was not ready to get up. 🙄 She finally caught on and went back to sleep after an hour or so. I guess a nap is in order for me this morning now that we have taken our walk. Hope you all slept well.

I was going to watch only 15-20 minutes of the vid but the rural scenery is so spectacular I continued through the other footage of cities and mountains to the end (and found the vidmaker repeated the first 12-13 minutes for some unknown reason…LOL!). Still, it was uber enjoyable.
Those scenes of Moscow with the incredible modern buildings/works of art was a surprise. And St. Petersburg is fabulous. Now, I’ve gotten hooked and will search out other vids. Being the largest country in the world, square miles-wise, I’m sure there is plenty to see.

I think some of the YouTube videos do that repeat thing in order to avoid detection of copyrighted material. It’s not uncommon.

Ah, good to know. YouTube doesn’t have a “check mark” system to verify the poster is the person who has the copyright. Until someone turns them in, anyone can set up a YT channel and use material others created. FB and Twitter do have such systems and thus weed out those who are, essentially, stealing. As we know, though, both Twitter and FB are capricious.
Perhaps a lot of folks don’t mind if their work is used…going on the assumption that “any publicity is good publicity.” Others see it as taking money from their pockets.

We went to my husband’s Methodist Church for a couple of years. I felt that it was pretty liberal, but I didn’t know what liberal really meant, until the last 10 or 15 years.

Made corned beef hash with the last of the corned beef! Hash always reminds me of my father who would call it “clean up the kitchen”.
In those days we usually made roast beef hash, and put everything through a meat grinder (hand crank!) Then it would be pressed down on the bottom of a cast iron skillet so that a crust would form. We always ate it with ketchup.

I think I am going to hold off for more info. I saw her with Tucker Carlson and he really grilled her. The whole taking everything to court problem is what the Dems do and they keep things from actually happening. I think I will wait.
