If there’s one thing the January 6th riots have given the Left, it’s an excuse to flush out conservatives from just about every possible angle. The latest comes from the Defense Department, where new Secretary Lloyd Austin is putting the finish touches on a training session aimed at “rooting out” radicals in the ranks. But as time goes by, Politico points out, there’s a “growing sense of anxiety within the Pentagon that this push could feed the perception that it is policing political thought, favoring one political party over another or muzzling free speech.” And a quick scan through the official talking points shows they have plenty of cause for concern.

As has been said, you don’t want to fundamentally change something you love. Hate is their guiding factor.
Let’s pray that there are still a few Democrats in the Senate who are people of conscience that will vote against the so-called Equality Act. That bill is a star in the diadem of Oba-Bide-Harr’s takedown of America and it’s coming to a vote soon. Parts of it (if not all) are un-Constitutional, but we cannot now rely on the Supreme Court to rule in favor of the Constitution or justice or common decency.

Czarās son in the morning is always in perkatory. Drinks huge glasses of coffee one after the other all day. Picked up the ādrinking coffee out of a glassā from his Russian friends. Iāll try to take a picture tomorrow to post for all yaāall. When I met Czar he drank coffee all day just like that, but from a mug.

Mornin’ All. Humid as can be here. I’m taking my car in to get the oil changed today. I hope they don’t come up with something expensive they need to do. Of course, I don’t think they fixed anything last year, so it may be due. So, then my friend and I are going to the pet store to find a toy for Loki. She seems really bored, and other than taking walks and running back and forth in the apt barking at people who pass by on the sidewalk, she doesn’t seem interested in playing with anything. Hope the day goes well for all of you. š

We bought Kong Bones, which are large, rubbery chewy things with a hole to put an cheese or meat treat in. The dog has to work on it to get the treat out. Zauber wore out several, but no other dog pays any attention to them. Iād send one to you, but ours are for large dogs.

Good afternoon, aus! My Shih Tzu, Harley, never played with any toys. Throw a ball to him and he’d just look at it. Totally unlike my other dogs who loved toys of all kinds. But Harley did love cats. He played for hours with my male cat, rough and tumble all over the house. And he loved people; always wanted to meet everyone who came to the house, but never barked or jumped up on anyone. Harley was a character.

My goofy dog will make a toy if she can’t find one! She gets a lot of joy from an empty water bottle.

Empty water bottles make great toys. Putting a bit of kibble in an empty bottle (cap off) is fun for them.

When Loki gets excited, like when she knows we are going for a walk, she usually gets her tick that has 6 legs, I think, and she runs back and forth and slings it around. Sometimes she will grab one of the other stuffed toys. But, that one seems to be her favorite.

Morning WeeWeed – that would totally make a trip to Texas a priority. May retire soon and visit. Hitchhiked through Texas a long, long time ago. Just remember a lot of desert and a very wide state. Our driver had a 6-pack in his vehicle (a no–no in Calif), and we were in awe. Helpfully, he dropped us off at a truck stop in El Paso. We were there for HOURS… turns out truckers didn’t take to long-haired kids with backpacks!

Good morning all! Driving to work this morning, I saw a lot of trees and bushes on the road side loaded with buds! š¤ I’m encouraged that Spring really is around the corner! Now if the government will straighten out and stop being a bully, maybe we can enjoy some of Spring! Ya think?

Years ago, as we prepared an exodus from our home state of Calif, we considered Moscow Idaho as a possible place to relocate. Upon visiting Moscow, we reccognized a small college town in the early stages of becoming the same liberal beehive that our beautiful central Calif city had already become so rejected it as a possible new home. Terrible story of going way beyond overreach. It could turn out to be a very important case for the entire state.
Lefties full of hate aim to take over Idaho. We’re getting an influx of those running away from high taxes and draconian Left Coast politics but are bringing the same old voting patterns with them. Amazing but understandable since lefties talk the talk but never walk the walk when it comes to their own pocketbooks. They just want others to pay but they’ll use every accounting trick in the book to get out of paying “their fair share.”
With Oba-Bide-Harr in office, expect more of this kind of leftism persecuting our citizenry. People in Russia may turn out to be more free than us Americans.

More than a dozen Michigan National Guard troops deployed to Washington, D.C. have been sickened, with some hospitalized, after being served raw, undercooked meat and meals laced with metal shavings according to a report by WXYZ-TV reporter Brian Abel Monday evening. Other meals the troops have received courtesy of a contractor selected by the Democrat run D.C. government are leaving the troops malnourished. The problem with the undercooked food has being going for weeks but apparently yesterdayās meals were so bad they prompted a staff sergeant to contact the Detroit news station.

Just posting here rather than the neighbors, but having worked on cellular device tracking systems in the past, if you simply power on a wireless device, you’ve made your device location known. Google is not necessary. They have their own tracking of course, but it’s not the only way.
