Did you ever hear of the Ulster Scots? One branch of my family are Scots from Ireland. Protestant Presbyterian Lowland Scottish colonists.

The Scotti were originally an tribe in Ireland that moved to Ireland and gave their name to the northern part of that Ireland. While their were wars, they were similar to the Picts a tribe living in the eastern part of what is now Scotland.
Picts were chosen to lead the Scotti and Scotti chose Picts to lead them. Eventually they merged.
Then Cromwell moved and settled western Scots in what is now Northern Island. When the Irish were fighting for independence from England, the people of the north wished to stay with England.

Listening to folks who know what they are talking about is actually quite uplifting. We certainly need more of it.

Allowing China such free rein in Texas or anywhere else in the United States can only lead to disaster. Obviously Bide-Harr does not care.

Waging political war against the majority of Americans who do not want leftism in any of its forms as the governing philosophy is what the Bide-Harr handlers are carrying out. Not for a second does anyone truly believe that those two could carry more than a bucket of water. It’s all being scripted for them. When they talk, they haven’t a clue.

Chi Comms using our $$’s to get our subsidy $$’s so they can generate more of our $$’s back to them. Rinse…repeat. Literally inserting themselves into our country without firing a shot. President Trump was on the right path trying to ban them from establishing businesses here; no wonder they poured so much money into US politicians and judges AND our election.
This knowledge needs to spread wide – it’s very motivating.

Military Anti-Extremism Order Fails to Identify the Target
      February 18, 2021 – By Tony Perkins

As FRC’s General Jerry Boykin explained on “Washington Watch” yesterday, the order relies upon the theory that the ranks of our military are filled with white supremacists based on the Capitol riot on January 6. In a stunning act of cynical political theater, Democrats have turned the Capitol into Fort Pelosi due to baseless claims of an ongoing right-wing threat of violence. But as Boykin pointed out, the military does a good job weeding out those associated with the KKK or other white supremacist groups.

He’ getting rid of all dissent within the military. Bronco Bama cleare out most who disagreed with him, and He, ValJarr, and team are getting rid of the rest of them. Seeing a lot of posts from regular folks who are saying NO to their kids going into the petri dish of sociology they call the military. The combo of Klinger and Bill Murray is not gonna be real scary to Xi, or Vlad the Impaler.

Mornin’ All. I hope the situation in Texas and other points in the south is better. It is cool but sunny here today. Dems strike again. I am watching a news article on them closing the ice skating rinks in NY that were associated with the Trump name. All these poor kids that play ice hockey now have no place to go. And, it is all because the rinks are attached to the Trump name. Well, keep warm everyone. 🙂

Yesterday we has a memorial service for Czar in the backyard under the oak tree he grew from an acorn. It was a beautiful, sunny, coolish day. Besides his sons and great grandson, about 9 friends came. Most people had a few words or prayers, and I had a friend read excerpts from the tribute Stella wrote on January 28th and many of y’all’s posts from that day. Your comments were a blessing. Czar’s youngest son built a cross from 4x4s, looking out across the lake, and buried Czar’s ashes there.

Here is a picture of Czar with his grandson. I’d like to tell you he was teaching GS how to post on Stella’s and TCH, but they were really watching the “Baby Shark” video.

  11. Thank You for sharing that with us Czarina. It sounds like a lovely and loving memorial. If you ever happen to get a photo of the tree and Cross, I’m guessing we’d love to see it. This photo of Czar and the little guy is sweet – a real man passing on his love and values to the next generations. {{{Hugs}}} to you.

Guilting: Kindergarteners Forced to Recite “Acknowledgements” That They Occupy Stolen Land
    by Selwyn Duke – February 20, 2021

As with language, kids learn all things best when they’re young — and hate-America-first propaganda is no exception. Thus is the daily indoctrination of American schoolchildren troubling, and brought to light last night is a striking example of it: kindergarteners being forced daily to recite “land acknowledgements,” which are admissions that they live on stolen land.

It’s funny, but I’ve used the line before re if lefties are so concerned about stolen land, then they should all donate their properties and possessions to the local Indian tribes. Be real easy to locate them.

Renaissance-Era Venetian Beads Found in Alaska Were There Before Columbus
By Madeleine Muzdakis on February 12, 2021

A new report published in the journal “American Antiquity” details the finding of Venetian glass beads from the mid-15th century at archeological sites in Alaska. Authored by Michael L. Kunz and Robin O. Mills, the paper reports that Venetian blue glass “trade beads” were found at three Late Prehistoric Eskimo sites within the Arctic Circle.Trade beads were glass beads frequently used by European traders in the Atlantic world during the 16th to 18th centuries.

In ‘Undaunted Courage’, a thorough history of Meriwether Lewis’ famous expedition, one anecdote refers to him running out of blue trading beads (of which he had begun with an enormous supply). So interesting that centuries later the natives still preferred them.

At least 12 countries had sailors out and about the Pacific Ocean exploring the Western Hemisphere before Columbus. There were probably a couple dozen sailing around the Atlantic Ocean, also before Columbus.
