      What I find pathetic are all the dopes who are talking negatively about President Trump not attending the inauguration. If he’d attended, they would have been outraged. It doesn’t really matter to lefties that Pence attended; they still hate him even if they smile and make nice to him for the cameras. I expect nothing better from the Left. But Pence is the worst of them all because he knows the truth and failed to stand up for it or us.

    Morning guys! Loved opening up the post Stella…such a great photo! I did think of him and Melania last night…wondering how their first evening without people and meetings hovering about them! I hope they spend some quality time relaxing for awhile…to refresh their spirits! 🙏

    Stella, your opening pic is wonderful, but it may not be accurate for long.

    Dr Gina Loudin, speaking with John Fredericks (WJAN) this morning, said on the 19th Our Pres was very frustrated, but last night Our Pres was very upbeat and full of plans.
    Dr, Gina did not explain on-air, but no doubt she told John Fredericks.

    Let the games begin!

        Dr Gina said all the kids are moving to Florida as well.
        Dr Gina broadcasts from West Palm Beach on Real America’s Voice, which also broadcasts out of Denver.

        John Fredericks has or is acquiring radio stations and newspapers in Virginia, Georgia, and now Florida. Btw, Fredericks may be the chief opponent for the Patriot Party. Fredericks is hell-bent on taking over the GOP with MAGAs.

        Bannon had a guy on this morning, DC Drano, who also is out of Florida, who has drawn up plans for Our Pres going back into politics.

        Kinda makes yer head spin, huh? Plus there are so many more, with more new ideas.
        This is gonna be fun!

    The corporate press has been churning out puff pieces about the Biden administration since Election Day, and with Biden’s inauguration on Wednesday, we’re getting a fresh round.

    One such article in the Washington Post stands out for what it omits. The story, a hard-hitting account of how Biden has decorated the Oval Office, mentions that Biden is “nodding to segments of the Democratic Party’s base via historic references,” and mentions a bust of Cesar Chavez behind the Resolute Desk.

    Who was Cesar Chavez?…

    What they won’t tell you is that he was also a fierce opponent of illegal immigration, which he opposed because it drove down wages for American farm workers and diminished the organizing power of their unions.

    He also opposed guest-workers from Mexico, and campaigned fiercely against the Bracero program, a guest-worker scheme put in place during World War II that allowed Mexican farm workers to enter the country legally for employment on American farms and ranches. Because there was a legal way to enter the country, work, and return to one’s family in Mexico on a seasonal basis, the Bracero program helped keep illegal immigration down.

    But thanks in large part to pressure from Chavez and others on the union left, the Bracero program was shuttered in 1964. We haven’t had a guest worker program since.

    But shutting down the braceros wasn’t enough. In the 1970s, illegal immigration was on the rise and Chavez decided to do something about it. He helped organize “wet lines” of union workers along the Arizona-Mexico border. Wet lines—a reference to “wetbacks,” a term Chavez freely used—were armed bands of union thugs that attacked Mexicans with barbed-wire-studded whips and bats when they tried to cross the border, beating and robbing them as a warning to other Mexican workers who dared defy the union.

      We all know why Chavez’s bronze bust is in the Oval Office. Joe’s handlers chose it. Most likely Joe wouldn’t even know anything about him, though his name might sound vaguely familiar.

      Maybe the handlers think it’ll help bring the straying Mexican Americans back to the Dem fold after going over to the real President’s side. Good luck with that when they start losing their jobs to the millions of illegals Joey will naturalize.

    Morning all. Still feeling a bit down after yesterday when no last-minute saving tactics appeared, but still hopeful that it ain’t all over yet. We’re mostly avoiding news these days and watching Olive and Mabel videos. But I always have to check in with Kurt Schlichter, his wit and snark never disappoint.

    Remember how vacuous Bush-era babble about “promoting liberty and empowering people” substituted for actually fighting for the conservative change we needed? If the neighbor on your right just buried a son killed in Wherethehellistan, and the one on the left just saw his job shipped off to Szechuan, and your kid just came home with a school survey asking whether his/her gender identity is “binary, nonbinary, asexual, pansexual, omnisexual, Bulwark staffer, genderfreak, genderbroke, two-spirit, three-spirit, or all of the above,” maybe we need pols who stand up instead of lie down. In the 2000s, this kind of empty rhetoric may have launched a thousand Weekly Standard cruises – Ahoy! – but it will not launch the conservative counterattack we want and need in 2021.

    Kurt is not a fan of Nikki Haley. Neither am I.
