    This is just getting crazier and crazier. And, it has affected my family. My new niece just doesn’t want to hear about politics anymore. And, I can understand that. I believe her mother is deep into everything and constantly talks about it. On the other hand, my other niece whose husband has had a heart transplant has unfriended my DIL because she wrote a (actually a wonderful} piece about masks not working and taking away our freedom. Oh, well.

    Anyway, mornin’ all. The sun is out and even though it is cold outside, it is warm inside, so no problems. I do wonder what new thing from h311 awaits us today.

    As a Catholic who is trying to release the big, bitter grudge I hold against fellow Catholic never Trumpers, some that I know personally and some who ware more prominent members of the Church, this reflects what I think of these people.

          FTA:

          Kamala Harris didn’t try to restrain the riots. She praised them. Michelle Obama threatened Americans that if we didn’t elect Joe Biden, they’d get even worse. Joe Biden didn’t tell blue-state governors to wield their National Guards in defense of terrorized citizens. Nobody blamed him for that, except Chris Wallace during the first debate.

          But a tiny percentage of a perfectly peaceful march goes rogue at the Capitol? The whole Trump movement must die, according to the fainting couch Christians and country-club Republicans who wanted it to die four years ago, too.

          I hate the left with a deep and purple passion that blazes like a thousand supernovas; it has become the blatant embodiment of evil. And I can’t help but wonder why I should ask forgiveness for that when it has been earned many times over. Should not injustice be hated? I’m having a hard time hating the sin but loving the sinner.

      Thinking Erick Erickson had embraced the America First movement since at one time he indicated his agreement with much of what President Trump was doing, I was surprised to read his January 6th quote in your linked article. His tweet has been removed but I still wanted to check out his thinking. I found this sickening article….

      Yes, Erickson’s beliefs are not only as bad as the quote indicated, it are actually much worse. I find it hard to believe he doesn’t know what four years of living under a fascist regime will be like, but apparently he’s not particularly concerned with it as long as he can still hate President Trump and us. Poor delusional fool. It’s beyond sad that he has an audience who believes his words.
