    DOD to Release Al Qaeda Operative with Ties to 9/11 Terrorist from Gitmo

    While the nation was preoccupied with holiday celebrations, an Al Qaeda operative incarcerated at the U.S. military jail in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba as a “forever prisoner” was cleared to be released. His name is Said Salih Said Nashir and a Department of Defense (DOD) file says he has ties to 9/11 conspirator Walid Bin Attash and trained at the infamous al-Faruq camp in Afghanistan to participate in terrorist operations against U.S. forces in Karachi, Pakistan and inside the U.S. The document labels Nashir a high risk likely to pose a threat to the U.S. and of high intelligence value. He has been locked up at the compound on the U.S. Naval station in southeast Cuba for nearly two decades. A few years ago the Office of Military Commission’s parole board denied the Yemen national release, determining that “continued law of war detention of the detainee remains necessary to protect against a continuing significant threat to the security of the United States.”

Iran is already committing crimes for which they will pay no price, plus the Chinese Communist Party aims to control the world. And who was the primary enabler yesterday and this morning…why none other than Michael Pence, phony extraordinaire, and a man without honor.

    I found a discussion with one of the guys who was actually there yesterday and was there to report on what was happening. I haven’t figured out how to put links on but it is on monkeywerxus.com and was just posted last night or this morning. Oh, yeah, the guy they have on is the one who took video of the busses brought in by the police, I believe it was, full of Antifa. He actually saw them come in and unload.

      Okay, I tried that and it didn’t work. But, if you are interested you can go to YouTube and type in “monkey werx overwatch – outbrief”. And, the fact that Antifa was there trying to lead everyone into trouble is being pointed out by many on the internet.

        I’m sure you are right. But there are so many videos and pictures. I just saw one where they were trying to bust out a window and I am sure it was Antifa and Patriots were yelling Antifa and trying to stop them from doing it. Too bad so many people will never see that.

    Four people died, one of them a woman who was shot and killed by police inside the Capitol. Three other people died after suffering “medical emergencies” related to the breach, said Robert Contee, chief of the city’s Metropolitan Police Department.

    Police said 52 people were arrested as of Wednesday night, including 26 on the Capitol grounds. Fourteen police officers were injured, Contee said.

    He says Democrats, along with “useful idiots” in the GOP, struck in Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin to “tip the scales from a decisive legal win by President Trump.”

    Know the talk about invoking the 25th amendment? I wondered why now, and someone on Facebook pointed out that if it is done, President Trump would not be able to run again for President in 2024.

      The Twenty-fifth Amendment reads as follows:

      Section 1.

      In case of the removal of the President from office or of his death or resignation, the Vice President shall become President.

      Section 2.

      Whenever there is a vacancy in the office of the Vice President, the President shall nominate a Vice President who shall take office upon confirmation by a majority vote of both Houses of Congress.

      Section 3.

      Whenever the President transmits to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration that he is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, and until he transmits to them a written declaration to the contrary, such powers and duties shall be discharged by the Vice President as Acting President.

      Section 4.

      Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.

      Thereafter, when the President transmits to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration that no inability exists, he shall resume the powers and duties of his office unless the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive department or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit within four days to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office. Thereupon Congress shall decide the issue, assembling within forty-eight hours for that purpose if not in session. If the Congress, within twenty-one days after receipt of the latter written declaration, or, if Congress is not in session, within twenty-one days after Congress is required to assemble, determines by two-thirds vote of both Houses that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall continue to discharge the same as Acting President; otherwise, the President shall resume the powers and duties of his office.

    (Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch announced today that the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky agreed with Judicial Watch that Kentucky’s former Democrat Secretary of State Alison Lundergan Grimes breached the terms of a National Voter Registration Act (NVRA) Consent Judgment with Judicial Watch by delaying sending out voter notices, which allowed the names of people who have died or moved away to remain on the Commonwealth’s voter rolls. As a result of the breach, District Court Judge Gregory F. Van Tatenhove extended the judgment beyond its termination date from October 31, 2023, to March 31, 2025, which allows it to encompass one additional federal election. Kentucky is set to remove over 250,000 names from the voter rolls under the terms of the consent judgment.

    I am shocked to see the number of people who are defending the shooting and killing of an unarmed protester yesterday. Here’s an example (from CTH):

    LEO knew the person breaking in was a veteran? Not that It matters either. What do you think will happen when you break into a place and climb through the window? Particularly when you’re part of a mob who has already broken in and are now trying to break into an inner room?

    It’s tragic, it’s unfortunate, but it’s her own fault. Mourn her death certainly, but lionizing her is idiotic.

    My response:

    Since when do LEOs shoot unarmed persons for breaking and entering? Excuse me, but it is irresponsible to suggest that it was okay for them to shoot her.

    There is a difference between “lionizing” someone and pointing out that they were wrongfully killed.

    The individual is still pressing his case. He apparently thinks it is okay to shoot an unarmed person.

    Wow. I just got a call a little while ago from someone who is a match on my ancestor.com DNA test. She is evidently my brother’s daughter. He and her mother were in rehab together and she got pregnant, but didn’t know who the father was. So, finally over the years her mother decided it had to be my brother. Since the DNA matches, I guess she is. Unfortunately, my brother died 16 years ago. Too bad her mother didn’t have a test done back before he died. He would have loved having another daughter. I have decided to meet her at a restaurant.

        I hope this turns out that way. She has a year old daughter and said it was concern about her medical history and the availability of ancestry.com that made her search for her father. She didn’t know he was dead. It really is a shame he didn’t know about her. He was such a sweet and loving person.

      Wicked Son always knew he had a brother and sister, but evinced no curiosity about them or his biological father, hated them actually.
      That all changed when WS had a mild heart attack very young, and there is no heart disease in my fam anywhere.

      Me being me, I always kept track of the Bozo and knew exactly where he was and what he was doing, so I contacted him. The only time i ever used Fakebook.

      Anyways, to make a long story short, Bozo and wife came up to introduce themselves, then WS and fam went down for Christmas, and all ended well.

      Some un-asked-for advice – what Stella said. Go slow. Try as best you can to take into account all souls involved. Often Our Lord says wait just a bit and let Me work My Will. Listen for the Voice; you will hear It guiding you.

        Thank you for the advice. I do have one concern and it is my brother’s adopted daughter. She and my brother were very close. I am concerned about how this will affect her. I did call her today and tell her and I said I would give no info about her if/or until she is ready. She, of course, immediately looked the girl up on facebook and found her. She discovered that her very best friend’s mother knew this girl’s mother. Small world.

        A real concern is that I begin to have a relationship with this girl when I have never had a close relationship with the adopted daughter, mostly because we never lived in the same area. I am not really good at keeping long distance relationships going.
