Left Wing Celebrities Attack Actor Rick Schroeder For Helping To Bail Out Kyle Rittenhouse
By Mike LaChance – Published November 21, 2020 at 11:59pm

Left-wing figures from celebrities to establishment media members attacked actor Ricky Schroder after it was revealed that he was among the many who helped post the $2 million bail to release Kyle Rittenhouse, the 17-year-old accused of fatally shooting two people in Kenosha, Wisconsin.

In NOLA the mayor has furloughed city workers one day per pay period to balance the budget due to revenue loss through COVID. Though the crime rate has shot up (no pun intended) as the furloughs continue the (mayor appointed) Police Chief has publicly stated that the rise is in no way due to the police being furloughed though, a bit more than a year ago, he said the city’s high crime rate was due to not enough police.

Late last week we had a house fire that killed a woman. The fire station closest to the house that burned was closed due to firefighters being furloughed causing at least a 6 minute delay in response. The mayor said that closure didn’t have an effect but fire-rank intimated it sure as hell did and the city’s firechief, who’s never been a toady, is resigning. Meanwhile the city’s been screwing over the fire department on a regular basis. Biggest thorn is that after years of court battles over the city way underpaying firefighters for years of enforced and illegal overtime the city’s still not adequately reimbursing them.

Meanwhile, meanwhile, the mayor’s talking about furloughing city workers who make over $65K a year one day a pay period. Now to make that amount of money you have to be elected or someone’s buddy, that’s over twice the median income of the average city resident. The city has a poverty rate of about 19%, an average that actually drags the state’s poverty rate lower, and many city workers are included in that poverty figure. That means for the last month or so of furloughs the city’s lowest paid workers have been taking the nit while the top supervisors who have fewer folks to supervise are still rolling in the cash.

Interestingly there’s been no call from the mayor for elected officials to take a pay cut. The city counciljerks make about $38K a year (doesn’t count perks) and generally have other revenue streams – can’t afford to run for anything in NOLA on $38k a year), least they could do is give up a day every two weeks. The mayor herself rips down $140k a year in salary, well over 3 times the median wage, tell me she couldn’t cough up a day every two weeks. Oh yeah, and no fair using those ‘paid vacation’ days as days off.

Politicians at all levels have shown themselves to be grossly incompetent at managing this pandemic while profiting from this. In a more progressive country these idiots would be charged with fraudulent misrepresentation as leaders, as accessories in the deaths of thousands and hung from lamp posts.

The city’s fire chief resigned October 23rd, sorry. He resigned after the announcement of the furloughs and years of the city dumping on the FD. The interim fire chief agrees with the city that the station that should have serviced the fire being closed had no effect on course of the fire’s spread or the woman’s death. No word either on if any of the fire stations serving the neighborhoods of the mayor and city councilmembers are closed for furloughs.

Yeah, feel like crap. Can’t tell if it’s a light flu, COVID, a cold or my evil past coming back to visit me. Problem with being older is that the symptoms of the viral plagues are consistent with so many non-viral complaints we have.

GORGEOUS outside, I’ve been mowing with the field & brush mower for a few hours, cutting the weeds which grow up all summer when I cannot bear to be out in the heat. Of course, this includes poison ivy. I swathe myself in clothing and gloves to fend off the oils, and bathe in Dawn after I finish. Really love how the woods look when I get the initial mowing done, except that there is always still more to be accomplished.

I think going forward from today that we need to keep our resolve intact. We have been inundated with information about election fraud, which I believe there was massive election fraud, because we too are receiving information through a firehose. Those of us who desperately want change in this country ,for the better of all, must stick with the people that are trying to bring about that change by cleaning up the corruption to the basic right of the citizens of the USA!! If this effort is successful then unity can be achieved.

I talked with a friend in Minnesota a few days back and they had already had their first covering, which she expected would be gone in a few days. That’s what my Minnesota brother-in-law called a free sample. The main event comes after day time temps drop below 15-20 degrees (F), night-time temps are 30 below and more…for several weeks.

One of the beauties of frigid weather like that is the frost display it is capable of producing in every tree in the county or state. That thick frost is just amazingly beautiful….and then as the sun starts hitting those trees around noon (when the temp has crawled up to 5 above or so) then the frost bombs start dropping. Really just stunningly beautiful, but ya gotta live there in order to see the whole thing.

Like you said above, Stella, the snow thing can be over-rated in some ways probably!

Although – – – something else I learned when we were there: sometimes visitors from further south…Indiana/Ohio/Kentuck, etc….would comment that there was something to be said for the ultra-frigid season. They enjoyed seeing that, once it got REALLY cold, everyone just dressed for it and went out and played in it. They compared it to their seasonable patterns where it never did get really cold–just dealt them ice storms, mud, sleet, and occasional snowfall, so everything was sort of a mess the entire time.

Every region has its pluses and minuses, I think. I’ve lived in Montana, North Dakota, Minnesota, California, and now Oregon. Good stuff everywhere. (no mosquitoes in OR! Yay!)

Data Analysts: Stolen votes confirmed by voters themselves
    OANN – November 22, 2020

Claims of voter and election fraud are being dismissed by the mainstream media and Democrats, but data analysts are saying otherwise. One America’s Chief White House Correspondent Chanel Rion has more from Washington.
