    Does government ineptitude in ignoring 8 years worth a blatant intel giveaways that could have prevented this count as conspiracy theories?

    I was 23, living in NJ, but in VA at the time. Why I was awake that early after drinking all night with friends, or better, why I was thinking it was a good day to drive home after that night is a better question.

    I saw the 1st tower on fire, and then watched the plane crash through the 2nd live on TV. With people jumping to their deaths, their ties flying up…

    Nothing made sense to me. I was watching the aftermath in real time for a while. A couple of hours later I was heading to NJ, as planned.

    There was no one on the road. Except for a few Semi’s and random vehicles, I drove from VA to NJ largely the only car on the road. It was eerie.

    I pray for the victims and families. Some images I will never get out of my head.

      I was just coming over to post on Rick but minds that appreciate greatness apparently think alike.

      When Omar Abdel-Rahman was arrested it was he, if I remember correctly, that told the FBI that they weren’t done, they’d finish the WTC job they started. Those of us who were, at the time, involved in what then was called Islamic Terrorism, believed him. Much of the rest of the Bureaucratic Short Attention Span Theater rapidly moved on from there to the new and shiny things-on-strings ’cause dats where da money be.

      Rick believed them, he was in intel before the civilian WTC job and knew they would, it wasn’t some great leap of intellectual effort, it was just listening and believing what the terrorists said. Problem is there’s no money and promotions in listening, you have to do a stage show along with special effects to get the attention.

      This didn’t fall out of the blue, the accidental discovery of the Bojinka plot in January of 1995, which involved blowing up dozens of planes over the Pacific and crashing hijacked planes into buildings in the US, gave a lot of us an ‘Oh S**t’ moment – the FBI even counseled Clinton on the plans of AQ to use hijacked airliners as missiles to attack US buildings but as Clinton was in the process of…taking long, warm showers with rich
      Arabs…nothing happened.

      The Clinton White House knew of bin Laden’s involvement in the first WTC attack and Bojinka and bin Laden’s manifesto that was openly published, stating his declaring war on the US and its citizens. We had a death warrant out on him but Clinton overruled our pulling the trigger on him a number of times when we had him in out sights, one word from him would have prevented 911 and nearly 20 years of war in the Mideast and Afghanistan….but he had other priorities.

      The Buireau and the intel industry blew it, when you look back at what we knew, the direct lines between the principals and plotters from the 1st WTC attack to Bojinka to 911 the path and destination are clear. Clear to Rick Rescorla but not to the huge, lumbering, bureaucratic intelligence industry that missed the 800-pound gorilla in the coat closet.

    If they took a BLM or Antifa terrorist into custody and treated him this way…oh, that’s right, you don’t treat one of your own in such a manner…whatever happened to innocent until proven guilty?

    The 15 New York USPIS agents who arrested him dragged him into their arrest vehicle and never provided for any of his disabilities received during the Iraq War!

    As we reported on Wednesday, fifteen (15) members from the New York United States Postal Inspection Service (USPIS) showed up on Brian Kolfage’s doorstep to arrest him on August 20, 2020, for crimes related to building a wall on the Southern border. It took 15 USPIS officers to arrest a triple amputee war hero. He was taken outside and dragged into an arrest vehicle at home with his wife looking on and his two children hiding, scared for their lives in their bedroom!

    This is worth your time to read and absorb what is being said. It has been 19 years. My older grandson was only one year old and the other not born yet. They need to know the facts about what happened.

    Tell the Children

    Early in the morning, as school was just beginning, one of my students came up to me. She started telling me about something that had happened, “in a big city, when bad people hit a building. Fire people, police went in to help. The buildings fell down and lots of people died. My mommy told me.”

    My student looked at me intently as she told me this news.

    She is four years old…

    I was as taken aback as I’ve ever been. My eyes and throat instantly filled with tears. I looked her straight in the eyes, and answered the best I could without breaking down, “Yes, I know. I remember that!” And then went silent, to see what she would say or do next.

    She told me all over again about the people who ran into the buildings, and that the buildings fell down, and that a lot of people died. I said, “Yes, many of them died. But the fire people and police helped a lot of people to live. They were very, very brave.”

    That was enough for her. And as much as I could manage.
