So relaxing!

I haven’t seen a LeRoy Neiman in a long time. Remember Nadia?

Makes sense to me. Bee strikes again.

This is spooky.

Lovely.

The worst thing about this is that it is real.

My dog would do this. He loves to dig.

She’s getting started on that list a little late, isn’t she?

I miss Sander’s. Went there for lunch a lot in the 1970’s. Ice cream sundae for dessert was the best. They had locations all over the metro area.

Yes!

I don’t know what to say about this.

I’ve never had a bird for a pet, but I can see why lots of people do.

Today for Catholics it is the feast day of the Assumption of the Blessed Mother into heaven. Here a musical offering.

Some terrific good news stories today, Stella…Love the Cornish coast photo…and Charlie’s prayer, as always, timely and wonderful…thanks!

But is the Harpy Eagle ankle tethered? If so, poor darling. If they are going to keep him in captivity, he should have a large aviary where he can fly around and at least pretend he is free.

More on the Soviet canteen, built in 1932 (but, of course, Cool History’s posted photo isn’t from that era)….

I trust that owl more than I do Dr. Falsi!

That doggie is just like my old Boxer, Missy, was. She would dig if you dug! When I would mow the lawn, she would try to attack the lawn mower and eat the wheels!

I’ve had birds for years, and they are all so unique. Every one that I kept had a different personality. The one I have now is a green cheeked conure. His name is Hamish and he wants to eat whatever we have! I always have to give him just a tiny bit. He loves spaghetti or a bean! He’s 22 years old! I’ve no idea how old he was when we got him, but his type will typically live about 35 years.

Thanks for the “Good News” Stella! Always one of my Favorite reads!

The Engineering flowchart – Dad would have loved that. Dad was a life member of the International Brotherhood of Hole Enclosures, inducted in college.

How cool for that gentleman to go back home. There are such good people everywhere.
Nadia. Who could forget Nadia, not to mention Olga. What talent.

Thanks for all these, Stella. just wunnerful.
