LIVE: Rolling Thunder rides last time

Today marks the last time the Rolling Thunder motorcycles will participate in the Memorial Day observance on the National Mall.

      Maybe not. I saw somebody on FOX this morning that seemed like things may be brewing to save it. 🙂

      Listened to an interview, one of those Fox guys, where the ride President Sgt Artie Muller said the rides would be continuing locally at their 99 national chapters.

      The problem is D.C. and DOD are requiring too much money to facilitate the ride. Additional, the ride’s vendors are not allowed to participate, but the ride is required to pay for and clean-up after D.C.’s vendors.
      Anything to keep the vets out.
      Despicable

      Sgt Muller also corrected the interviewer. “This is not a parade, it’s a demonstration.” to remember those POWs and MIAs still not accounted for. 4:20

        The President tweeted that it had been worked out with the DOD and the ride will be back next year. However, the organizers are confused and say it hasn’t been worked out. Guess they don’t believe our President.

          Sadly, Lucille, the D.C. mayor and City Council not only does not listen to Pres Trump, D.C. is under no obligation to accommodate Pres Trump, the Vietnam Vets, nor anything military. And they usually do not. Unless it is for Democrat Socialist Progressives, of course.

          If one cannot bribe the correct D.C. Council member(s), it is not going to happen.
          Remember Debbie Whatsits (D-FL, former DNC head) threatening the D.C. police? Whatsits knows who to bribe.
