He seems better, it runs through his dad’s side, his dad and grandpa had it. Scared the bejabbers out of his mom when he was a toddler, first time he got and and we ended up making the 3 AM ER trip.
It’s pretty self-righting, I’ve found the best thing is keeping the kid calm, scares them and the fright amps the problem. It’s almost a hobby after all of the years I’ve been dealing with it.

What bothers me is the kids overreacting, getting panicked, going into panic breathing, having more trouble breathing then panicking some more…
Ibuprofen and a portable steamer seem to be doing it.

My daughter was too little to panic. My husband took her in the bathroom and turned the shower on hot, he kept rubbing and patting her back until she could breathe. Then we took her to the hospital.
Panicking is never good in any situation.

I was going to do the shower thing but momma had never seen croup and it seemed to her like some medieval horror so off to the hospital that said vaporizer or put the kid in the shower…

I find myself in an uncomfortable situation. It takes me about 4 minutes to load/reload the page here each time I sing in or post. If I turn on my ad blockers it not only speeds up the process but for some reason I can’t get into the comments. Google’s trying to best Microsoft in the irritation department.

Vaccines using aborted fetal cells use two cell lines from the early 1960’s. Both were medically necessary and legal abortions. Just mentioning it, because I think it makes a difference, in my mind at least.

We still use data obtained by Germans and Japanese in their concentration camp programs, especially German. I have a hard time with both.

Any time we use the product of murder or torture, I have a hard time with it too. In the case of a medically necessary abortion, I equate the use of fetal tissue with organ donation – such as heart transplants – from humans who are dying.

I presume you were saying …’such as heart transplants for patients who are dying’, other way sounds like a harvesting from someone circling the drain.
Problem with ‘medically necessary abortions’ is that docs use that as a catch-all to perform any abortion, it’s one of those backdoors that I post on that Congress builds into laws to make everyone ‘happy’. If we can get some board that, under the threat of public stoning if the abortion’s found to not really be medically necessary, I’d have less trouble.
I don’t trust much of American business, without constraints we’d see a market for fetuses that would dwarf Planned Parenthood, fetus tissue would be the new pop additive.

Those cells are sold to researchers, drug companies, and other medical technology firms. The specific cell lines used in vaccines are the MRC-5 and WI-38 cell lines, and they have been supplying medical research of all types for more than 35 years. Where do these cell lines come from? That’s where the grain of truth in this lie comes from. Both of these cell lines were cultured from cells taken from two abortions, one (MRC-5) that was performed in September, 1966 and one (WI-38) that was performed in July, 1962.

I have heard the same thing. My friend wanted to see it and thought I would, too. But, I had a feeling it would be bad so I refused.
We did go to see Holmes and Watson. The trailor looked like it might be funny. But, all the funny parts were in the trailor. It was worse than terrible. The beginning was pretty cute, but when Will Farell appeared on the screen, it went downhill fast. The jokes were all directed at 13 year old boys. I think most movies he is in are like that. We left in the middle and got return tickets for another movie.

I really wanted to see the Freddie Mercury movie while it was in the theater (and it may still be) but then I saw an actual trailer and there is no way I’ll be able to not see the actor playing Freddie as the actor playing Freddie so 😏.
