    Well, I went over to the city yesterday and walked to each major Christmas display to take pictures. Early on I saw there was a sale at one of the first department stores and sent a text message to Mrs. N asking if I should look for something, but I knew she was likely still asleep out on the West Coast. I was done and almost back to the hotel in the neighboring state, when she called me. “Go back and get me ….”
    It was 12 hours of walking in a sea of people and shopping hell.

        I called home once I got back to the store to ask what the specific Items were that she wanted. She answered my question with the question, “What do they have?”
        The store clerks were bringing me things to read labels over the phone to try and get some direction on what she wanted. At the time I didn’t find it humorous, but I do now.

          My husband wouldn’t have found that funny either, but I’m glad you can laugh now. 😊 It is funny! I just ask for a big comfy cheap NY t-shirt when my hubby had to go there on business. I think I have two or three of them right now.

      I was in NYC at Christmas in 1976, walking the shopping streets & visiting the stores. I was in heaven! Loved the crowds, the lights, the way it got dark about 4:30 (remember, I was from Miami), taxis, restaurants, decorations in windows…would to back in a (ahem) New York Minute! Czar will never go with me, but my brother lived in The Village then The Meat District for twenty years and I bet I could get him to go!

        I had been there in 2011 while OWS was winding down. It’s different from even then. I’ll go back over a few times more while I’m out here for several more months, but unless I get orders from mission control I’m staying away until after new years.

      Since when didn’t the BBC manipulate news? The same with the CBC (Canadian Broadcasting Corporation). The same with the majority of media in the U.S. I’m inclined to believe that each entity has a similar “directive” in place for times of Deep State “crisis.” The Left is busy as I write planning their own violent “protest” in favor of crackdowns on all the rest of us.

    Our Heavenly Father, Your children come to you tonight to ask for healing and peace throughout our country so that we may return to being One Nation Under God. Guide us to be leaders in Your Kingdom, spreading Your Love and Salvation to all. Forgive us our sins and deliver us from evil.

    Lord, we ask for a blanket of protection over all our troops and law enforcement who serve to defend and protect us. Bless our representatives with the strength and wisdom they need to achieve the path You have chosen for us.

    I went to the bar tonight. I never go to the bar. I work in them, but I don’t frequent them. The bartender wouldn’t serve me: she said I was there earlier today and I was messed up, and eating customers’ french fries. I was absolutely not in her bar today. Definitely not eating people’s french fries. She’s lying. She said she would get me an ice water. I’m beside myself, because I know I wasn’t in that place today. I’ve been in that bar, IN THAT BUILDING, twice in 12 years. Today wasn’t one of those days, but she insisted, and I don’t argue with the bartender. I would like to see video proof that I was in there. Because I don’t believe I was there, and it must have been someone that looked a lot like me. I went back home and drank the beer that was in my fridge.

    I would like to have drank a beer that I bought and paid for, but she wouldn’t serve me, insisting that I was in her bar earlier today, when I wasn’t. She said I was. I want proof. I don’t go to bars. Been to three bars in the last 12 years. I want proof that I was there, eating customers’ fries. I don’t think it happened, and I don’t black out. I’m mystified.

    I think tomorrow I’m going to go down and ask her for proof. She won’t provide it, because I wasn’t there. I’ve been in her building twice in ten years. Never drunk.

    She’s had a lot of messed-up people in her bar, but never me. Ever. I want proof. This gal’s describing someone that’s not me. And they have video cameras.
