      Mr. Wictor said that the only place he will be posting to social media is Saul Montes-Bradley’s site. It was unclear to me whether he will just be responding the the comments section or if he will be writing some guest columns.

      Wictor has quit Gab because of the anti-semitism.

        The concept of Gab was terrific…let everyone have a voice. The problem is, of course, that some voices should not be given a formal forum. They are free to say what they want on their own sites, but there have to be rules, just as there are laws to correct societal miscreants on public, open sites.

        Facebook, Twitter, Google have gone too far the other way and censored all those they merely disagree with and equate our mistrust and opposition to the Left or Islam with outright hatred and full-out discrimination against the people involved in those groups.

        There are numerous people I wouldn’t associate with, numerous people whom I don’t respect because of their actions and words. And there are people I certainly get mad or scoff at. But hate? That’s way too negatively emotional and there are way too many who give in to it, to their personal detriment.

        That doesn’t mean we cannot punish or even put to death those who commit horrible crimes.           Oh, how I wish there was an edit feature on Word. To be more clear in the first paragraph, the last part of the sentence should read…

          I do not mind that Gab allows hate speech. Andrew does not punish hate speech. That to me is a good thing.

          I can ignore and or mute, “I hate whites, blacks, Jews, women, Muslims, Trump, Obama” and on and on.

          Threats of violence are met with suspension on Gab like they should be on all sites, (Hello Jack Dorsey) I believe every account on Twitter that has called for the assassination of President Trump, VicePresident Mike Pence, Justice Kavanaugh, the rape of Barron Trump should be permanently suspended and in many cases criminal charges should be brought against the person behind the tweet.

          And I am appreciative that the mask is off at Gab. Vile people are vile people and it is good to know that they are vile.

          That said, I fully understand and support Thomas Wictor’s decision. He doesn’t want to be on a site that allows anti-semitism that is a good thing. I will probably go back to barely reading there as it was months since I had been there before Wictor became a member, I returned because of him.

          And that said I love Stella’s place where trolls and vile people are smote. I do not have a home at Gab, I have a home here. We are lovers here, not haters. Our anger here is not without merit, it is not unduly prejudiced, it is an anger directed at those who wish to destroy life and freedom.

          We all may disagree on certain things but we respect each other and we exist on a forum without raging or poking or belittling each other or each others ideas when we disagree on matters. That is rare.

          So thank you Stella and Stellarites for the honey spot on the internet 🙂 !

    Good morning,

    After seeing Lucille’s beautiful post, it makes me feel bad to just jump in with a political remark but I am going to be hopping the next few days with a big to do list.

    This is scary bad. No wonder Governor Scott filed a law suit. Every single step in every single election needs to documented and all responsible parties sign off on the action they took.

    I went to the Broward County Supervisor of Elections web site to find out how many qualified voters they had because of some misleading (misleading to general public) information on Broward by Fox. Fox had said there were 1.9 million residents in the county in relation to the election. Probably a true statement but it is mixing apples and oranges when talking about elections. All we care about is the qualified voters.

    What I found was incomprehensible:

    1,181,930 qualified voters as of 11/2/18 per statistical report.

    1,182,220 registered voters as of 11/10/18 per home page of web site.

    1,174,851 registered voters as of 11/08/18 per election returns page (Notice this shows fewer qualified voters than the 11/2/18 report.)

    When vote counts come down to thousands or hundreds numbers matter bigly.

    What was equally disturbing was the numbers they published on the US Senator’s race. Look how Sen. Nelson has more than twice as many votes as Gov. Scott but in the end Gov. Scott won??

    They are just plugging any old number in anywhere to fill the space. No wonder they are worried about malfeasance on the part of the Supervisor of Elections.

    I never saw this artist before. His name is Harry Clarke 1889-1931 (Ireland). He was actually an award winning stained glass artist, but did these lovely light paintings! This Puss in Boots.

    It looks modern for the time it was painted.

    “Gaslight” – (1940) – A British National Production starring Anton Walbrook and Diana Wynyard.

    “Gaslight” was later re-made starring Charles Boyer and Ingrid Bergman in 1944. And, of course, this film gave rise to the term “gaslighting.”

    If you’re not familiar with California, Pepperdine University in Malibu has a large, beautiful campus overlooking the Pacific Coast Highway and the Pacific Ocean. The school began life as a Christian college.

    On a closed Facebook group, a guy posted that his friend, Sean Adler, was killed in the Thousand Oaks nightclub shooting. He was the bouncer who first encountered the shooter and tried to disarm him.

    Sean had a CCW (Concealed Carry of Weapons) permit, yet was not allowed to carry in the nightclub. His friend blames California law for his death.

    I would phrase it as, “The denial of Sean Adler’s fundamental human Right to self defense was a significant factor contributing to his death and the deaths of many others by the same attacker.”

    I dont like what is going on next door at all. There was side taking with Sessions that was bad. Lots of new people who are nasty and more than willing to “cut the tree down ” to be “right”, or at least win an argument. I do read q but like every single source or place theres varying degrees of scepticism.
    Many people left last year. Many. Now its happening again. Its too bad, but SD has his reasons for his posts.

      I think SD knows more about Q than he has said publicly. Doesn’t mean he’s right. I an amazed that people are so believing, without skeptism. Odd.

        I noticed a lot of people who dig for info on 8chan are discovering what is basic info about ww2, the clintons, Obama, and more. Like they were ignorant for a long time or so young they have never been introduced to history, critical thinking, how to research.
        Definitely a younger group, but I see it on reddit a lot too. They’re trying to connect in a 21st century way.
        I told people not to post direct q without references or links to back up. They didnt listen.

      Apparently Sundance turned off the comments for the Q thread. Smart move.

      I was going to post something along the line of this;

      Let’ see if I have this right.

      Sundance said something very simple, it can be summed up in one sentence “Q stating that President Trump is puling the strings at the DOJ was ok because it brought people together to support President Trump, at this point the MSM is going to use Q as fodder against President Trump, therefore Q is now a danger to the Republic.”

      And Q supporters went nuts.

      How can anyone argue with the simple truth that if President Trump is conspiring with the DOJ he is in breach of the Constitution of the United States of America and that someone (Q) repeatedly stating that President Trump is conspiring with the DOJ while simultaneously claiming to be on Team Trump is just not tenable argument.

      That is a simple fact.

      Folks here are taking offense that Sundance does not think Q is a legitimate source. People such as Scott Adams, Kurt Schlichter, Thomas Wictor and many other credible people who have more knowledge about the origins of Q than unconnected folks have repeatedly expressed that Q is nonsense.

      Q can be fodder for the MSM, if you know the law, if you are paying attention to President Trump’s war-game, if you know the Trump who always tips his hand, then Q is irrelevant.

      President Trump is always underestimated – even by his supporters.

      Sundance (like many others) overestimates the power of Q and underestimates the power, brilliance, cunning and knowledge of President Trump.

    It was sub 32 F here with 40 MPH wind yesterday. Did I ride my bike 2 mi to the store last night to get my vodka shots? Yes I did. And I rode back, after drinking one of them first.

    Also Squarepusher is an insanely good electronic mucisician, too. Sick, even, and as it were.

    I always though Jaco Pastorius was the best electric bassist in the world. I was so freakin’ wrong. All our mucisal heroes have been surpassed. They always will be.

    Yet I still hear Hotel California every day on some stupid classic rock station.

    Gah! Watch this dude, compare him to Jaco. He’s sick, good.
