The gravest internal threat to this country is not illegal aliens; it is leftist professors who are waging a war against America and teaching our young people to hate this country.

If I had young children in this day and age, I’d home school. And the only two colleges I’d consider sending them to would be Hillsdale College or Liberty University. It is scary to me what is happening on our college campuses.

    • Yep! It’s very scary. My DD is taking her courses at Liberty U. She loves it.

I’ve said it many times but my undergrad school was an LDS controlled college until the state took it over. It went from conservative to liberal almost overnight and that was in the late 60s.
The rot started in the soft sciences areas and spread. I took a few years break and when I came back to finally finish it was almost not recognizable. I finished my few classes and unassed it as fast as I could, it was uncomfortable.
There was a palpable anti-military bias in the late 60s that continued thru my graduation in 1981 (told ya I took a break). Backl in the 60s profs would openly blast you in class if they knew you nwere military – heaven help you if you’d been to Vietnam. I had one prof who’d ask the students on Day One if they were police and, if they were, they should leave his class becausevhe didn’t like cops in his class. Howsever, at no time did they refuse my GI Bill payments nor fail to assist me in getting financial aid so that I could pay for the climbing tuition and book costs. Guess they had theib limits.

To be fair, if your kids know what they believe before they go to college, they’ll be fine. I didn’t go to a far-left college, but it leaned left enough. I’m still a Conservative.

Long day yesterday – BD (the hound mix) managed to trick me into letting the chihuahua-vibrator outside. They both had a great time out romping over hill and dale but both came slinking home in full ‘guilty’ mode, the 40-pound ‘hua being almost crawling on her belly.
BD came in all crestfallen and immediately went over to her space and looked at me all soft-like as if she’d just eaten the cat. I looked at her knowing something was wrong and noticed a small swelling at the right-rear end of her mouth – snake bite. I went over and sure enough, two small fang marks on her muzzle.
By the time I got het to the vets the swelling had moved to the side of her neck, a classic bite on her. This is about her fourth or fifth bite so I’m sort of used to it and she’s probably developed a partial immunity to them, it’s become sort of a hobby with her.
She’ii be ast the vets until later this afternoon, they want to watch the swelling though she’s been home with worse. In the meantime her little partner in crime’s a bit upset and spends a lot of time hiding. Jes another day at the nut house.

Aside from dealing with snake bites I found time to:

News had a piece on the statue of Bernado de Galvez, colonial goverrnor of Louisiana when it was Spanish land, was being taken down for refurbishment. After a rubbing and dubbing it will be replaced on its pedestal downtown,
Among Senor Galvez’s duties was his instruction by the Spanish king to ensure the flow of African slaves into Louisiana to increase the colony’s economic growth. Oh my…
So I sent an email to our new mayor asking if his statue should be replaced or sent to storage along with those Confederate statues. After all, while they just fought for a system that supported slavery de Galvez actively oversaw and administrated the importation of slaves. I mentioned that he was white, European Spanish, not a member of the ‘Hispanic’ protected group as it’s recognized by Federal law today so his being relegated to the trash bin of history shouldn’t be a racial issue.
    Stay tuned, sportsfans.

What we have to ask is Brennan speaking out of his nether eye or are intel sources using him to deliver a message? Either way we have no idea of what Brennan or his directors are directly referring to. Are they referring to his summit comments or is there something deeper?
Keep in mind that he’s a threat to ingrained intel folks, that part of the swamp that’s capable of direct action. These same intel folks remember Jimmy Carter and Stansfield Turner, that wound’s still fresh, any anything but a display of blind, unswerving loyalty towards the intel community brings back paranoid memories of that bloodbath and the spooks circle the wagons.

May one be so bold as to ask – how is it that the intel community supports Brennan, those below the level of SIS anyway? How is it that Brennan speaks for the entire Intel community?

This appears to be the last gasp of the CIA still trying to keep their position as de facto head of the intel community, imo. Bush created the DNI position, subordinating CIA to second (or lower) in command, and it has been a holy war ever since.
      But honestly, idk.

But how can it be that Brennan, obviously a tyrant, commands such loyalty?
      Or does he? Again, idk.

    lilbirdee12’s prayer:

Our Heavenly Father, Your children come to you tonight to ask for healing and peace throughout our country so that we may return to being One Nation Under God. Guide us to be leaders in Your Kingdom, spreading Your Love and Salvation to all. Forgive us our sins and deliver us from evil.

Lord, we ask for a blanket of protection over all our troops and law enforcement who serve to defend and protect us. Bless our representatives with the strength and wisdom they need to achieve the path You have chosen for us.

Please place Your Guardian Angels of Protection around Donald Trump and Mike Pence and their families as they seek to lead America back to You.

Grant us patience, Lord, as the evil ones try to anger us and cause us to fall.
Spread blessings over Israel and Netanyahu.

We humbly ask that You please comfort those who are grieving and in pain.
Thank you Father, for Your Love and the gift of Life.

In Jesus name, we pray. Amen.

Several of the grandkids have chased them here. It’s been a long time since I saw the light flashes between little fingers. It sure is a wonderful world we live in.

I always loved them. It is especially wonderful to sit on the porch swing and watch them flash all around the edges of the woods.

Oh Yeah…on car salespersons…WTF gives them the idea that calling me by my first name – without asking permission – either bonds the two of us or, in some Dungeons & Dragons way, gives them power over me as they now own my name?
Next time one of them does that they’re getting an old first sergeant discussion of manners. They must have gone to sales school in France.
