   Who is that, and why did he just skim over the fact that the “bill” not only does not fund a “wall” (it’s a fraction of the fraction that Trump asked for) but it also designates specifically how that “border security” $$$ is to be spent.

   To quote Rep. Mark Meadows….”We get a tunnel, but not a wall.”
