   Hm. Interesting. I get the feeling Rex wasn’t pushing hard enough because he didn’t believe in what PTrump wanted to do.

     When two men as strong as these two are (both heads of corporations), when they don’t agree it must be really difficult to resolve. The President must take the lead, and perhaps Tillerson was so accustomed to leading that he found it difficult to follow.
