I don’t know if any of you have been following the Stormy Daniels “news”, but I saw this yesterday on Facebook:

I don’t understand why our media… especially if they’re conservative media… has failed to report Stormy Daniels’ first foray into attempting to destroy an elected Republican. In 2009 Stormy Daniels ran a year long campaign against now former Senator David Vitter in Louisiana. Stormy Daniels was originally from Baton Rouge, LA. Vitter’s name had been found on the infamous D.C. Madam’s phone list along with many other high ranking officials on her estimated 10,000 to 15,000 client list. That’s what prompted her to run against Vitter.

The New Orleans Times Picayune even reported that she wanted Hustler Magazine’s Larry Flynt to be her campaign manager and that she had an alleged affair with Vitter. After a year of campaigning, she abruptly dropped out after being arrested for domestic violence and battery when she reportedly attacked her husband for folding towels incorrectly.

That same week her campaign adviser’s car was blown up and the suspicion was that it was due to his ties to organized crime.

If the media is constantly dragging up ancient history about so many others in politics, it seems to me that they would report this less than a decade old story of Stormy Daniels using politics to get media attention. I guess the media wants us to think that all liberals are “morally superior”… even if they’ve had a career in the adult entertainment industry.

    NEW ORLEANS

Police have arrested a University of New Orleans student accused of making threats to fellow classmates Sunday evening, which caused a shutdown Monday of the university campus, as well as that of a high school next door.

Nicholas Heard, 20, was taken into custody Monday morning on a charge of terrorizing, New Orleans Police Department officials said.

Police officials said Heard, who lives in on-campus housing, is accused of making direct threats to fellow students.

“Heard stated that he would shoot several people on campus,” a news release from the department stated.

UNO officials responded by canceling all classes Monday.

Howdy Stellars! Day 7 of Iditarod is almost complete and the front half of the race is on the Bering Sea coast. The trail reaches the coast at Unalakleet, the largest village (pop. 882) between Anchorage and Nome, a place with two stores and two restaurants. From there it goes to Shaktoolik and then across the Bering Sea ice to Koyuk. After Koyuk, the rest of the trail is over land (which allows for some relaxation of sphincter-clinching).

Some lovely photos of the run from the Yukon River over to the coast:

    and more here:
    http://iditarod.com/photo/

The first 23 teams (out of 62 that are still competing; 5 have scratched) have reached Unalakleet and are moving up the coast. The jack-rabbit trio of Nic Petit, Mitch Seavey and Joar Ulsom are still out in front; Joar is currently first, with a 4 mile lead on Nic, who has a 6 mile lead on Mitch. All are traveling about 7 MPH. The word on the trail is that Nic got lost in a blizzard on the sea ice between Shaktoolik and Koyuk and spent an hour wandering in circles, and that’s when Joar was able to pass him. We won’t know the whole story until Nic and Joar make it to Koyuk, probably in about an hour.

The three front rabbits have a 3+hour lead on the following pack. Pete Kaiser is currently the tip of the spear of that pack, in 4th position, and Aliy is in 14th. Mike Williams Jr. is in 29th position, and Allen Moore is way at the back of the race in 59th position. Allen usually holds a position in the 30s or 40s, so I wonder if he has had sick dogs.

Here’s a story with more photos:

During the winter of ’96-’97 in MN, we had one life-threatening, below zero conditions, blizzard after another. About 13 of them – between the end of November and the end of March. My husband would literally be dressed in survival type gear (we had gotten some Air Force survival suits/parkas) when he would go out to open our short driveway in the country, so he could get out to get to work. In such bitter conditions, even completely covered and zipped-up as he was, when he was working the driveway with the snowblower, I would be standing at a window watching, keeping him in view every second and minute he was out there. Because if he should go down for any reason, it needed to be dealt with NOW. The days before cell phones. Those kinds of conditions are frightening to deal with, any time. You can get lost in a blizzard in moments – close to home.

I remember a blizzard when we lived in Ohio. the snow was up to the windows. I stayed in with our girls my husband had school canceled but not work. It was scary waiting for him to come home. Lots of prayers. We lived at the bottom of a hill and he left the car at the top of the hill on the street.

The logistics of this race are mind-boggling in their complexity and detail. To run the Iditarod competitively (not just as a camping trip, which is what the entire back half of the field is doing) is now a full-time, year-round job. Aliy and Allen take a couple of months off from mid-April to mid-June (usually with a 2 week trip to a warm beach somewhere). Then they are right back at it, training their dogs all summer long by having them pull a 4 wheeler. As well as fishing for their dogs; most Alaskans feed their sled dogs a diet that is at least one third fish. Native mushers also feed a large amount of game meat (moose, caribou, bear, beaver, whale, seal). Mike Williams Sr. especially prized whale blubber as snacks for his dogs. “hot food, make ’em run good” he’d say. Native mushers refer to food as hot or cold not as a measure of the food’s temperature but of it’s energy quotient.

So a chap blew himself up making bombs in Beaver Dam WI.

The initial explosion happened on March 5th, authorities are not releasing the dead bomb makers name because they are waiting for DNA results.

    Hmmmm….

I’m going with Sven I bet his name is Sven Anderson.

This has been kept really quiet as no on I know heard about it on our local news.

The experts had a controlled detonation to try and destroy the chemicals that remained in the apartment and garage but it didn’t do the trick so they are setting the whole building on fire tomorrow.

Source: No evidence of terrorist links for Beaver Dam explosion victim

BEAVER DAM, Wis. (WBAY) – People impacted by Monday’s deadly explosion at a Beaver Dam apartment building continue receiving assistance.

The American Red Cross reported Thursday afternoon it’s helped 136 people.

It served more than 500 meals and snacks and helped comfort 60 kids in the aftermath of the explosion.

Most tenants who were evacuated after Monday afternoon’s explosion have returned home.

The FBI says the man was making bombs in his apartment. Authorities said the materials he was using were so unstable, they had to destroy the rest with a controlled explosion on Wednesday.

Authorities say the damage is making it difficult to positively identify the man, but our ABC sister station WISN cites a law enforcement source saying the man was a loner with no social media profile, and there’s no evidence of links to terrorist organizations. He spent some time in Madison before coming to the Beaver Dam area about six months ago.

Neighbors say he moved into the apartment two months ago and was a chemist at a nearby food plant.

Wait. What? They have his DNA and a name on a lease. Did they just incinerate him in the controlled explosion.

      Things just seem very curious.

Liberals are despicable. Good article here:
    https://townhall.com/columnists/johnhawkins/2018/03/10/what-conservative-women-can-learn-about-liberals-from-the-way-they-treat-dana-loesch-n2459107

Liberalism is no longer about winning arguments. It’s about intimidating people into silence. Shutting people up. De-platforming them. Doing whatever it takes to make sure that only the liberal opinion is considered because liberalism can’t win in a fair fight of ideas. So, liberal colleges allow students to storm the stage or riot to shut up conservative speakers. Social media platforms are finding ways to shut up conservatives. Organizations like the Southern Poverty Law Center get paid to falsely brand conservative groups as hate groups. Newspaper and networks other than Fox primarily run squishes and liberals masquerading as people on the Right as their “conservative” voices. Conservatives are treated as pariahs in Hollywood and in schools. Political correctness, cries of “racism” and setting up “safe spaces” are today PRIMARILY about shutting down debates that liberals would rather not have. Along those same lines, going after the children of conservative women, abusing those women and threatening them with rape fits right in with everything else liberals are doing.

“other than Fox”… Fox is only slightly less bad than the others, IMO…a long way from being a conservative news outlet. Wish I got OANN…

This is really quite amazing. The Beast is just as delusional, angry, bitter, rabid, entitled, malicious, evil, condescending, out of touch, foolhardy and miserable as she was November 9th 2016. Imagine being as shriveled, bitter and angry at your core as this woman. Imagine having to spend time with her.

Tickles my funny bone to know that she is so unhappy despite her wealth, fame and power , it seems that her chickens have come home to roost in her soul even as we wait for her to be thrown in a 8′ x 8′ coop for good.

I guaranty that she is living in a worldly hell her every waking moment. What a wretched wretched existence.
