I hope you’re well. I bookmarked the link you gave me, and before reading it, quickly scrolled and scanned it, because that’s what I do, usually. I saw four or five words that told me, don’t read this: it’s disinformation. Illuminati was one, Rothschild was another.
I don’t jump down that rabbit hole any more. 20 years ago I did.
Robert Anton Wilson described the phenomenon well in his Illuminatus Trilogy, that the great majority of what we read about the complex subject is intentionally false, and meant to not only mislead, but to cast doubt on folks who believe there are great, secret conspiracies.
I do believe there are great, secret conspiracies. Revelation, Ezekiel, and the whole of the Bible kinda pretty much sealed the deal for me, I won’t dive into anything as deep as Illuminati and Masons, because I believe it’s mostly bull.
I don’t need to. It’s bad for a person who isn’t really, really intellectually strong, anyhow.
Monarch programming is real. That has been my focus lately, because of current Hollywood events.
Vigilant Citizen Dot Com has vindicated me predicting today’s events about 20 years ago.
Some great SF author is going to pen the story of how this happened and what led us to today.
I mean, John and ‘Zeke and Joshua already did, but still.
It would top Game of Thrones in complexity and perfidy.

Each year at Christmas the supermarket chain Migros makes a commercial to generate interest in having customers buy little chocolates from the cashiers while checking out, the proceeds of which are given to several charities. This year’s theme is “Let’s be sure no one is left out [all alone]”. The ad is so sweet. It is so touching especially when the little guy “cries”. But it ends well, as you will see.

And I so miss the Christkindlesmarkt in Nuremberg. I can remember the cold, dark and damp mornings in the village we lived in, the early morning smell of the coal being used to fire home heaters in the air as we walked to the depot to fill our milk cans.
Now we see tacky displays of crass commercialism starting just after Halloween, a season with all the grace of a garage sale. What kind of memories are the kids left with now?

I know. The Christmas markets now are more like venues to offload dollar store plastic crap and bad mulled wine.

I really appreciated living in small villages there and small towns here.

We have some of that in our small village. December 6th (St. Nicholas Day) is a huge festival. “Sammichlaus” is St. Nicholas, dressed as the good bishop of Myra, and is accompanied by his sidekick Schmutzli. It’s the same tradition as in the Netherlands, Germany, Austria (the latter two with Knecht Ruprecht), and Spain — only in Switzerland he is accompanied also (in our villages) by guys carrying enormous yoked cowbells, other guys cracking whips, and still others carrying enormous lanterns. It’s quite the spectacle and when we experienced it for the for the first time after moving in here, we ran downstairs like little kids and were so awed.
LikeLiked by 3 people
In our small village the best part of the season was the gasthaus. Everyone met there; dimly lit, slightly smokey, smelling of old wood, fresh food and beer and slightly overheated. Sooner or later everyone came through for drinks and eats…real locally made stuff mostly, not processed stuff shipped in in drums.
Most of the celebrations were family or at the churches but there’d be organized all-included parties at various places, some of the farmers would even dress up their stock with bell harnesses and capes, some others would hook up sleighs and ride kids and/or adults around if there would be snow.
Just a different time in a different place…all long gone.

Thomas Paine has been asking for examples of Twitter bias for a while now for their impending suit. Not once has he mentioned free speech (Amen!) and is going about it as a breach of contract case. Perfect!
Now for the problem.
If this goes to litigation because Twitter fails to Cease and Desist Twitter may end up heavily fined and the curtain may be pulled back on their farce of “Twitter is just a forum” lie but all Twitter has to do is change its contract to read Twitter is a forum for progressive thought, Twitter is the sole abitrar in deciding what is progressive thought on Twitter. Non progressive thought will be removed at will by Twitter. “
Twitter will then whither on the vine because liberals cannot sustain the forum. Twitter will then lose buckets of money and go belly-up.
Good job Thomas Paine/True Pundit ! Bravo!

The benefit of having built an ICF house: outside temp at 0600 this morning was 33-degrees. Temp inside the house, with no heater running, ranged from 70 in the kitchen to 74 in the bedroom. It was faster and cheaper to build than a conventional stick house and it’s bullet resistant.

Yesterday I had the occasion to drive a young woman home. She is a lovely young black woman in her early twenties, I knew she lived in Milwaukee but I didn’t realize that it was one of the very worst parts of Milwaukee.
It was about 11:15pm and we were stopped at a red light. There were 2 left turn lanes and we were in the far right left turn lane. A car pulled up on the passenger side of my car, the car had dark tinted windows, just us two cars at the light late at night in Milwaukee. I’m on high alert just being in Milwaukee this late at night.
All of the sudden the car reverses and the driver pulls far enough in his lane that the car could bump my car from behind.
Quick as a wink I grabbed my gun from my car pocket between my carseat and door. I have my left hand on the steering wheel and my right hand on my gun which is already hot. I tell my passenger to get her phone out and get ready to call 911.
The car with deeply tinted windows then pulls up on my driver side. We are on a five lane street. Still no other cars around.
I decide if a door or window opens I take off in my car to the right since it is a different way than the driver would expect me to go.
The light changes to green in that instant and I make my left hand turn. The car with the dark tinted windows makes the next left on the street we turned on so likely there was no ill intent.
The whole incident at the light lasted maybe only 15 seconds.
It is amazing how fast your brain works almost on automatic in a situation like that.
Anyhow I then look at my passenger. Her eyes are big as saucers. I just smile and she says, “Lovely, you crazy.” I said, “No just prepared”.
Finally about 7 miles later we arrive at her apartment. She had a lot of groceries in the back of my car and she lives with her boyfriend on the second floor with no elevator, the stairs are on the outside of the building, I said call him and tell him to come down and help you carry the groceries up and she seemed surprised at the suggestion. She said he might be in bed, I said let me try calling 😎 so she called him and two phone calls and 15 minutes later he comes down to help her with the groceries.

Thanks. All sane people who are comfortable with a firearm should be armed.
My body did the opposite of what I would have expected it to do, it seemed like everything slowed down and I got very very calm. I did end up with tension pain in my neck on the drive back to my house.

What you described we call Tuesday in New Orleans – especially as those heavily tinted windows are illegal but police haven’t cracked down on them in decades.
Nothing wrong with what you did, it’s called practice. Worked out fine in the end, checked and sharpened your reflexes and helps keep your reactions smooth. Anything that ends without your having to fire is a ‘win’. BTW, if you wear hearing aids beware of the effects of shooting. It’s especially ear-damaging inside a closed space but is far more so if you have aids in, If possible get the gun outside of the window if you must shoot- not way out, just enough to mitigate the effects of the muzzle blast.
LikeLiked by 1 person
Thanks Czar, I thought I would get very hyped up if I ever felt that immediate danger it was strange that it all slowed down for me.
No hearing aids.
I did think about the fact that I wasn’t going to shoot through a closed window. I’m happy it was really nothing in the end.
LikeLike
Quite common for one to perceive time slowing in a stressful situation – that’s why if one trains for and visualizes a threat situation you are less likely to have that occur, you act more instinctively.
There are many reasons you don’t want to shoot through glass unless you have no choice, and if you shoot through two pieces of glass chances are your bullet’s point of impact will be way off.
What I try to do in that type of situation is to keep my body ahead or behind either window any car I’m worried about might use to shoot out of. Gotta remember that a shooter on your left will have to jerk himself around to get that right arm and shoulder into position to shoot and if you are behind him it’s hard to do and gives you an extra few seconds to react. If the shooter’s on your right it’s easier and in both cases unless I have my gun in hand I’d seriously consider using the gas pedal to get out of the line of fire…even ramming the attacking vehicle as a last resort.
Where you keep your gun’s important too, I usually keep mine under my right thigh, butt outward for an immediate access. If it’s an auto don’;t sweat the police crap about not putting one in the chamber…try driving and jacking a round into it under pressure. A lotta cops who don’t like the idea of civilians having guns play this ‘he’s got one in the chamber’ BS game but I don’t know of one place where, if you’re carrying legally’ it’s illegal to have one in the chamber.
Another thing is to refuse to say anything to anyone after the shooting until you have a lawyer present. You’ll be shaky, adrenaline sotted with a low blood sugar and probably temporarily deaf from the muzzle blast(s). Best to give the police your ID and call a lawyer – and you don’t know how shaken bystanders you may talk to will reinterpret you mutterings, how witnesses hostile to you might twist your words or how the cops who respond may have their own agenda and take liberties writing your statement down . Lawyer.Lawyer. Lawyer. Think Zimmerman.

I always have one in the chamber. No way I’d count on myself and my arm pulling the slide in a quick moving situation.
Thank you for the good advice, I try to avoid Milwaukee and Chicago late at night. Milwaukee in particular, Chicago is ok up North and downtown if you’re in the right areas.
The advice about ahead or behind the windows is great and something I didn’t think of, the driver pulled up parallel with me, he was (I assume he) in a newer model Dodge car black with black windows, weird tires, I have a small SUV so I had the advantage as seeing his whole car. I should add my windshield and front windows are lightly tinted but all the back windows are dark enough that you cannot see inside from the out side so whoever was in the other car would not be certain that the young woman I was with and I were alone in the car. That is my one regret with my car that I did not get the front windows with a darker tint.
I’m pretty lily white and I’m sure I stuck out like a firefly.
Thanks for the explanation about things slowing down even though I know my brain was working super fast. And yes I will always choose the gas pedal over the trigger if given the option.
I haven’t been to the range where I know I will be throttled for being where I was in Milwaukee at night time in the first place.

That door post between the front and rear seats may also be your only protection as in many cars it has some steel that helps keep the roof from collapsing in a rollover. We were trained to try and keep that post between us and an attacker if we were inside. If you’re outside try to put the engine block between you and the attacker, car doors (even with the windows down) are miserable shields as the bullets one most frequently find in bed guy hands travel through lightweight car doors like butter.
The idea of avoiding city areas in enemy hands is best, I seldom go back into NOLA and when I do I know the areas to take even greater precautions to avoid. Even if you survive a righteous shooting you can expect your life to take another and more uncomfortable route if the shooting happens in the realm of a prog DA.

It’s one of those hymns learned in childhood which never grow old.
In the early-60s when I first moved to Los Angeles, there were several churches in and around the city which had thousands of members–the First Baptist Church of Los Angeles which was downtown, the Church of the Open Door also downtown right next to the main L.A. library, the First Presbyterian Church of Hollywood. Each Sunday those churches would be filled to capacity. Hearing those wonderful hymns with thousands of voices joining together is an unforgettable experience.

That many voices being lifted up to the Lord would be amazing. 😊

lilbirdee12’s prayer:
Our Heavenly Father, Your children come to you tonight to ask for healing and peace throughout our country so that we may return to being One Nation Under God. Guide us to be leaders in Your Kingdom, spreading Your Love and Salvation to all. Forgive us our sins and deliver us from evil.
Lord, we ask for a blanket of protection over all our troops and law enforcement who serve to defend and protect us. Bless our representatives with the strength and wisdom they need to achieve the path You have chosen for us.
Please place Your Guardian Angels of Protection around Donald Trump and Mike Pence and their families as they seek to lead America back to You.
Grant us patience, Lord, as the evil ones try to anger us and cause us to fall.
Spread blessings over Israel and Netanyahu.
We humbly ask that You please comfort those who are grieving and in pain.
Thank you Father, for Your Love and the gift of Life.
And, Lord, we pray for all the people who have been affected by the earthquakes and hurricanes.
In Jesus name, we pray. Amen.
