    Seen on Facebook:

“I read a report that the women (little girls) at Google didn’t show up for work yesterday because they were so upset at the article circulating. I thought it was The Onion, but no. It was real. The Wonder Women at Google, those strong, science led amazons were cowering. At words. Thus proving the engineer’s point, no? Idiots.”

“I am woman hear me….whimper under my comforter at home because someone said things I don’t want to hear. You’ve regressed a long way baby…..” – Kerry

    Kerry does not whimper.
    Be like Kerry.
(we suspect Kerry is of Irish descent, so ‘splains her grit and wit.)

    Not “google”. Goolag.

Brings to mind William F. Buckley Jr.’s famous quote:

Liberals claim to want to give a hearing to other views, but then are shocked and offended to discover that there are other views.

It is immediately apparent that no one at Googlag has ever read G.K. Chesterton.

Google Memo: Fired Employee Speaks Out! | James Damore and Stefan Molyneux

Read the 10-page memo at your leisure but you might need to read it all at once it’s that fascinating. It is intellectual, totally competent, intelligent, liberal though tending Libertarian, polite, non-inflammatory, and very often correct. The reaction against the document is typical for those who deep down suspect they are full of it, but must maintain their illusions about themselves being the always-and-completely ones in the room, thus they reject it in toto.

As for the meme of the day, anyone with eyes/ears has observed that the female homo sapien is, on average, the more emotional in the male/female realm. And this is a good thing because it is reality. Nothing wrong with showing your emotions. It’s when that emotionalism is on the ragged edge that it causes problems, such as the Google females needing a day off because…well, just because…so there!

This document is historical in significance, and as well-written and succinct and true as any of our Nation’s founding documents, and will be revered as such by our great grandchildren.

“beta males and gay ones” tend to adopt the very same high drama emotional persona as females that are focused only on themselves and their privileges and their place in the pecking order of life. It is not about sexuality or sex….it is about emotions dominating behavior.

I have worked with gay men and lesbians who are a lot less emotional than most of my other co-workers were. As a matter of fact, thinking back on my Home Depot days when I worked with a lot of them, I don’t remember drama from any of them.

One of the gay men in the store was my absolute go to, hardest working throw freight and solve problems fast guys, and he was actually an appliance salesman. No matter what the job was, he got it done fastest and best. He was also hilarious, and for some reason assumed the responsibility of keeping morale in the store up, and worked at keeping people laughing and happy.

If I thought every gay person would have his work ethic and attitude I would have quietly tried to discriminate and never hire a straight person again. Of course, it had nothing to do with his sexuality, and everything to do with who he was.

frankly, as a guy that built businesses, ran businesses, hired and fired employees and executives, and dealt with all of them over time.

I do not care what any of these pathetic children think about the workplace pecking order or comforts thereof….they want a paycheck, do the work and shut your pie hole if you do not have profit and success comments to make on subject and on point to issues that the BUSINESS cares about.

    Nanny is not an employer.

High tech is also low emotional control as a culture.
ANYONE can write code….but only organized persons that are disciplined and on point can make code productive and efficient. All others please go away.
