I have been trying for a long time to reconcile myself to how they can do this. Evil is the only answer. May God have mercy on them, and may someone convey the needed grace of God to them, through words or actions, that will free them and cause their repentance.

And as the older generations die out and the younger ones are subject to that relentless social engineering that masquerades as education abortions will be seen as acceptable as tummy tucks and boob jobs. You’ll be able to go to your local Big Box Mart to pick up bread, milk, and a D&C all in one stop.

You may be wrong here czar. Jury is out but I read the numbers opposing abortion in younger generations are greater than ours. The pro life movement is fille with very dedicated young men and women, and unlike in my day, they are courageously, as these videos and felony charges prove, taking the fight right to the enemy.

I pray I’m wrong on this but the pressures relentless. The State wants the subjects to aggree on methods of population control and abortion was/is the modt anonymous method, easiest one to sell to the young. The State gives the young free and unfettered sex and removes the downside…win-win for both sides. The State can always come in at a later date and loeer the hammer after it’s consolidated its forces.

1855 Violence disrupts first Kansas election In territorial Kansas’ first election, some 5,000 so-called “Border Ruffians” invade the territory from western Missouri and force the election of a pro-slavery legislature. Although the number of votes cast exceeded the number of eligible voters in the territory, Kansas Governor Andrew Reeder reluctantly approved the election to prevent further bloodshed.
Trouble in territorial Kansas began with the signing of the Kansas-Nebraska Act by President Franklin Pierce in 1854. The act stipulated that settlers in the newly created territories of Nebraska and Kansas would decide by popular vote whether their territory would be free or slave. A few months after pro-slavery forces defrauded Kansas’ first election, the Kansas Free State forces were formed, armed by supporters in the North and featuring the leadership of militant abolitionist John Brown. In May 1856, Border Ruffians sacked the abolitionist town of Lawrence, and in retaliation a small Free State force under John Brown massacred five pro-slavery Kansans along the Pottawatomie Creek.

1867 Seward’s Folly U.S. Secretary of State William H. Seward signs a treaty with Russia for the purchase of Alaska for $7 million. Despite the bargain price of roughly two cents an acre, the Alaskan purchase was ridiculed in Congress and in the press as “Seward’s folly,” “Seward’s icebox,” and President Andrew Johnson’s “polar bear garden.”
1870 XV Amendment to the US Constitution is adopted, guarantees right to vote regardless of race. Following its ratification by the requisite three-fourths of the states, the 15th Amendment, granting African-American men the right to vote, is formally adopted into the U.S. Constitution. 1891 “Sockless” Simpson rallies populist farmers Signaling a growing movement toward direct political action among desperate western farmers, “Sockless” Jerry Simpson calls on the Kansas Farmers’ Alliance to work for a takeover of the state government.
Simpson was one of the most popular and influential leaders among Populist-minded western and mid-western farmers of the late 19th century. Angered over low crop prices, crippling bank loans, and high shipping rates, farmers began to unite in self-help groups like the Grange and the Farmers’ Alliances. Initially, these groups primarily provided mutual assistance to members while agitating for the regulation of railroads and grain elevators. Increasingly, though, they became centers of support for more sweeping political change by uniting to help form the new nationwide third-party movement known as the Populists.
Simpson understood the West and the challenges of making a living in that difficult land. Since 1878, he had operated a ranch in southwest Kansas, where he first became involved in Republican politics. During the economic downturn of the 1890s, he became disgusted with the Republican’s timid and ineffective efforts to help farmers and ranchers. Like many other men and women who worked the land for a living, he abandoned the major parties to try to achieve more fundamental change through the Populists. history.com http://tinyurl.com/m6kf7ho

1948 Henry Wallace (Progressive Party) criticizes Truman’s Cold War policies. Henry Wallace, former vice-president and current Progressive Party presidential candidate, lashes out at the Cold War policies of President Harry S. Truman. Wallace and his supporters were among the few Americans who actively voiced criticisms of America’s Cold War mindset during the late-1940s and 1950s.
Widely admired for his intelligence and integrity, Henry Wallace had served as vice president to Franklin D. Roosevelt from 1941 to 1945. After Harry S. Truman succeeded to the presidency upon Roosevelt’s death in April 1945, Wallace was named secretary of commerce, but Wallace did not get along with Truman. A true liberal, Wallace was harshly critical of what he perceived as Truman’s backtracking from the social welfare legislation of the New Deal era. Wallace was also disturbed about U.S. policy toward the Soviet Union. During World War II, he came to admire the Soviet people for their tenacity and sacrifice. Like Roosevelt, he believed that the United States could work with Soviet leader Joseph Stalin in the postwar world.
After Roosevelt’s death, the new Truman administration adopted a much tougher stance toward the Russians. In March 1948, Wallace appeared as a witness before the Senate Armed Services Committee to criticize Truman’s call for universal military training, a program designed to provide military training for all American males of draft age. Dismissing Truman’s alarming statements about meeting the communist threat as part of a “deliberately created crisis,” Wallace denounced the universal military training program as one that would lead to “death and taxes for the many and very handsome profits for the few.” He implored the Senate and U.S. government to strive for a “peaceful foreign policy.” “If we are to compete with communism,” he declared, “we had better get on the side of the people.”

1981 Pres Reagan shot & wounded by John W Hinckley III John Hinckley, Jr. shoots President Ronald Reagan outside the Hilton Hotel in Washington D.C. just after the president had addressed the Building and Construction Workers Union of the AFL-CIO. Hinckley was armed with a .22 revolver with exploding bullets and was only ten feet away from Reagan when he began shooting. Fortunately, he was a poor shot and most of the bullets did not explode as they were supposed to. Hinckley’s first shot hit press secretary James Brady and other shots wounded a police officer and a Secret Service agent. The final shot hit Reagan’s limo and then ricocheted into the President’s chest.
Hinckley’s path toward the assassination attempt began in 1976 when he saw the movie Taxi Driver. Robert DeNiro’s Travis Bickle stalks a Presidential candidate in the hopes that he will somehow impress and rescue a young prostitute played by Jodie Foster. Hinckley, who spent seven years in college without earning a degree or making a friend, added Foster to his list of obsessions, which also included Nazis, the Beatles and assassins.
In May 1980, Hinckley wrote to Foster while she attended Yale University, traveled there and talked to her on the phone at least once. Soon after, he began following President Jimmy Carter. In October, he was arrested at airport near a Carter campaign stop for carrying guns. However, the Secret Service was not notified. Hinckley simply went to a pawnshop in Dallas and bought more guns.
For the next several months, Hinckley’s plans changed daily. He pondered kidnapping Foster, considered killing Senator Edward Kennedy and began stalking newly elected President Reagan. Finally, he wrote a letter to Foster explaining that his attempt on Reagan’s life was for her. He kept abreast of the president’s schedule by reading the newspaper.
Hinckley was later not found not guilty by reason of insanity. Hospitalized, Park Dietz, a forensic psychiatrist who testified for the prosecution, diagnosed Hinckley with narcissistic and schizoid personality disorders and dysthymia, as well as borderline and passive-aggressive features.[18] At the hospital Hinckley was treated for narcissistic and schizotypal personality disorder and major depressive disorder. On July 27, 2016, a federal judge ruled that Hinckley would be allowed to be released from St. Elizabeth’s on August 5,as he was no longer considered a threat to himself or others, but conditional on strict and specific parameters. 2009 President Obama announces auto industry shakeup On this day in 2009, U.S. President Barack Obama issues an ultimatum to struggling American automakers General Motors (GM) and Chrysler: In order to receive additional bailout loans from the government, he says, the companies need to make dramatic changes in the way they run their businesses. The president also announced a set of initiatives intended to assist the struggling U.S. auto industry and boost consumer confidence, including government backing of GM and Chrysler warranties, even if both automakers went out of business. In December 2008, GM (the world’s largest automaker from the early 1930s to 2008) and Chrysler (then America’s third-biggest car company) accepted $17.4 billion in federal aid in order to stay afloat. At that time, the two companies had been hit hard by the global economic crisis and slumping auto sales; however, critics charged that their problems had begun several decades earlier and included failures to innovate in the face of foreign competition and issues with labor unions, among other factors. More coincidences.
Czar et al still live in ‘West Florida’ as our Mississippi county was smack in the middle of the West Florida panhandle. As France had surrendered our part of New Orleans we lived in to Spain in 1762 we actually lived in West Florida as we were, and our house still is, in NOLA Westbank about 1/2-mile from the river.
People think of NOLA as French but there was and still is a very heavy Spanish influence in it.

Wow I bet that was an interesting confluence of the French/Spanish architecture(s) – I would love to have seen that! Unfortunately, when I was living in Pensacola, I never got that far West. I’ll always regret not being able to survey NOLA.

Sure is, Jackson Square is perhaps the most iconic area of NOLA has the Pontalba buildings on the eadt andcwest sides of the square. They are in the French style but were built by the Spanish Baroness Pontalba. On the north sidecare the Cabildo, Presbytere and St Louis Cathedral, all in Spanish style and built by Don Andres Almonester y Roxas.

We live north of the lake east of Bogalusa. It’s been amazing for the last couple of years, the big storm shields seem to go around us to either side or peter out before they land. We get enough rain but nothing like the floods they get just a few miles north or south. Despite that monstrous red and yellow blob that floated, and still is to an extent, around us we only had 1/2-inch since it started just before dawn. After that deluge we got a few years back where all of the river’s overflowed and we were all cut off St Medard has dialed back on the rain events.

One of the things that irks the heck out of me these days is that people have decided they don’t like truth so they want to latch on to fantasies to worry about. Also, where is the sense of priority?
First, it takes about 30 minutes of googling to debunk climate change easily and with many scientific sources. Second, we need good jobs, safe homes, lower taxes, the out of control inner cities and their putrid spawn cleaned up and toward that end we need massive welfare and social program reform. Our children are brainwashed in lieu of being educated, and they care about the weather doing what the weather does, which is be volatile and unpredictable.
Yes, I clearly understand that line of thinking. This is what happens when kids no longer have to take classes that teach them critical thinking skills. They grow into adults who are still playing dress up and think life is a big video game.
LikeLiked by 8 people
Looking back now, I realize the indoctrination on climate change really started when my kids were little, meaning that they’ve now heard it their entire lives, they’re both in their mid 20’s. An entire generation that have been propagandized to every day for 25 years. I don’t know how that can be rectified.

When I was 7 or 8 or so, my Bumpa (mom’s dad) subscribed us to Nat. Geo’s World magazine. It was in effect even then, in the early 80s. If you find a stash of them, try and read them without gagging on the propaganda-for-kids.
Back when afternoon cartoons were still a thing, when we only had 5 channels, and when Saturday morning cartoons were still the fad, we had Captain Planet and Scooby Doo Mysteries to teach us who the bad people are. Knight Rider and The A-Team taught us who the bad people are. They were all morality tales.
Last time kids just had FUN with TV was Bozo the Clown in Chicago.
And I can’t diss on Mr. Rogers, because his morality tale was in line with goodness.

I’m sure your right about the timing. I graduated HS in the mid-80’s and I probably wasn’t paying attention at that time. I was pretty oblivious back then. It’s seeing re-runs of the stuff my kids watched that woke me up to the reality. It seemed innocuous at the time and subtle, but that’s how it starts.

I think it’s more herd mentality, and wanting to be part of the herd.
Indoctrination teaches exactly which beliefs you must (and must not) hold in order to part of the herd. The cool people.

I think a great movement needs to form, and maybe it has.
Homeschooling. In places where it’s not allowed. What I mean is, go ahead and send your kids to approved schools because it’s the law, but homeschool them anyway.
There should be a curriculum for K-12 for parents who are forced to send their kids to public schools, that they can use at home, for de-indoctrination purposes.

Problem is that many parents are already indoctrinated, and see nothing wrong with it. Others don’t care or won’t do anything even if they do care.

In 2012 Mitt Romney was asked what the largest geo-political threat was to America, he answered “Russia.”
Obama responded “You said Russia. Not Al Qaida. You said Russia,” Obama said regarding biggest threats. “The 1980s are now calling to ask for their foreign policy back because…the cold war’s been over for 20 years.”
From Politifact;
In March 2012, at a summit in South Korea, Obama was caught in a “hot mic” incident. Without realizing he could be overheard, Obama told Russian President Dmitry Medvedev that he would have more ability to negotiate with the Russians about missile defense after the November election.
“On all these issues, but particularly missile defense, this, this can be solved, but it’s important for him to give me space,” Obama was heard telling Medvedev, apparently referring to incoming Russian president Vladimir Putin.
“Yeah, I understand,” Medvedev replied.
Now sitting on the Intelligence Committee on Russia and the 2016 election, Eugene Rumor, Clinton Watts and Godson are all testifying that Russia has a long long history of interfering in other countries and the interference have never stopped. They claim to have proof that the Russians were interfering in the US elections since 2009.
Rubio is jumping in feet first with the Russians are disseminating disinformation to attack immigrants and cause Americans to turn against each other. “Isn’t this just information warfare by Russian Trolls designed by Vladimir Putin?” asks a sweaty jittery Rubio.
Watts has just told me because I’m from WI that Vladimir Putin has hoodwinked me by using fake tweets with people who look and sound like me to trick me into liking Trump and hating Clinton.
I’m willing to bet a dollar to a donut that this is the line of nonsense that that the entire conclusion of the investigation is going to spin as the unavailable truth.
“While there is no evidence of nefarious collusion between Team Trump and Russia it is Russia’s interference, their unleashing of thousands of trolls who tricked knuckle dragging Americans into voting for Trump and hating Madame Clinton. Russia worked through Putin controlled trolls to socially engineer thousands of Americans but only in Wisconsin, Florida, Pennsylvania and Michigan. Had Russia not interfered in the US election, with fake propaganda and an army of Putin Bots a reasonable person can only conclude that we would have seen a very different result in the 2016 election.”
There is no evidence of any nefarious collusion between Team Trump and Russia but 85% of the committee is meeting in an to attempt to delegitimize President Trump’s presidency. And our votes.
Good grief Watts just said that all the Russian deaths over the last 3 months are tied to this investigation.
Even John Grisham couldn’t get a book with this kind of nonsense published.
Rut Roh! Godson is catching on to the fact that it is getting hysterical and cautioning folks not to overreact.

I have to amend what I said or rather add an addition to the goal of this committee. It is also a full on assault on the First Amendment.
Amendment I
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

Ok Clinton Watts suggested that cyber media titans rate articles and news sites like consumer reports or nutritional facts on food packaging, he thinks letting Google, FaceBook, Twitter Yahoo and other media controlled by the Liberal Elites should be the abitrar of deeming information on the internet as true or false. He believes Trump voters (and POTUS himself) are too stupid to figure out if an article is actual news, fake news or even satire and that we need to have someone (someone approved by the government) explain to us such things as Hillary is healthy as a horse and we didn’t actually see her entire body seize up on 9/11.

Lord, we ask for a blanket of protection over all our troops and law enforcement who serve to defend and protect us. Bless our representatives with the strength and wisdom they need to achieve the path You have chosen for us.
Please place Your Guardian Angels of Protection around Donald Trump and Mike Pence and their families as they seek to lead America back to You.

I’ve worked with and installed and removed more than a few water heaters, and this ain’t stock. So. Some wag made this video viral. Good for them. But they also made the water heater look like a freakin’ friendly robot. And probably encouraged the girl to go and greet the robot.
It’s fake news. All the way down.

Some PVC pipes spontaneously started on fire? No terrorism? Could be an accident could be arson of the garden variety but it does have a strange feel to it.
