New Mexico Rats voted down HB 37 that would have mandated abortionists provide medical care to fetuses born alive…excuse me ‘babies born alive’…after a botched abortion.
So the Rats are slooooowly pushing the definition of murder down the road. First abirtion itself, then third trimester abortions, then abortiobs where the abortionist can murder the child as lobg as it still gas one toe (or not, who really knows?) in the womb and now babies born alive period. Pretty soon thry’ll get to allowing for the medically performed euthanasia of children the parents/docs decide are ‘defective’. Aktion T4…everything old is new again.

1857: Baseball decides 9 innings constitutes an official game, not 9 runs

1876: Alexander Graham Bell patents the telephone.

1908: Cincinnati Mayor Mark Breith stood before city council & announces that, “women are not physically fit to operate automobiles”

    1926: 1st transatlantic telephone call (London-NY)

    1933: Game of “Monopoly” invented

1943: Major General George Patton arrives in Djebel Kouif Tunisia

1945: An advance party of the US Army crosses the Rhine into Germany at Remagen, making its passage over the only bridge not blown up by the retreating Germans.

1955: This is a memory walk for television: At the Seventh Emmy Awards, Make Room for Daddy, Danny Thomas & Loretta Young win. Also, Mary Martin’s memorable Peter Pan was broadcast.

1966: In the heaviest air raids since the bombing began in February 1965, U.S. Air Force and Navy planes fly an estimated 200 sorties against North Vietnam. The objectives of the raids included an oil storage area 60 miles southeast of Dien Bien Phu and a staging area 60 miles northwest of Vinh.

1972: In the biggest air battle in Southeast Asia in three years, U.S. jets battle five North Vietnamese MiGs and shoot one down 170 miles north of the Demilitarized Zone. The 86 U.S. air raids over North Vietnam in the first two months of this year equaled the total for all of 1971.

I stayed up, waited. It was a bust. No storm.

The CONUS full loop is great, though, isn’t it? I’ve been using it for a few years now, and on my 37″ monitor. I can’t help but think of how blessed we are when I see something so amazing. We can see the radar for the entire continent, animated for the last hour or two, and when I was a kid, the most well-paid television weatherman had a big steel board with magnets on it. Storm cloud magnets. Sun magnets. Triangular cold front magnets. And we had to adjust the vertical and horizontal hold on the TV, just to see these low-tech magnets and map, after the guy with the tube-tester left for another house call.

It amazes me sometimes. First ten years of my life (and prior), Television Repair was still a huge industry. Folks with vacuum tube testers.

I mean, I know, Joshua remembers the burgeoning buggy whip industry, but still. I have a 37″ HD monitor that weighs less than 15 pounds. 20 years ago HD wasn’t possible and 37″ would weigh about 300 pounds and cost a fortune.

Tech is moving faster now. Always has been. Logarithmic.

120 years ago we were still using horses in battle, and there were no Jeeps, even.

120 years. Now ISIS is dropping grenades with quadcopter drones controlled with their mobile phones.

Before I moved back to FL, I was talking to my friend who lived here. She lived in a gated community and wasn’t expecting anyone. But, there was a knock at her door and she went to answer it while I was on the phone. She screamed bloody murder, and then another scream, and another. I thought she was being killed and was trying to figure out who to call for help. It was frogs. Her grandson, who usually called first, had let himself in the gate and when she opened the door to him when he knocked, some little frogs jumped on both of them. They were all around the top of the door.

My friend had little frogs all around her front door for years. When I was helping her in the garden we found a pot inside another pot. What the inside pot covered up was water and in the water were hundreds of pollywogs.I told her the problem was she was running a frog nursery. After she dumped that the problem pretty much went away. LOL

We havevtwo different types of frogs here with nasty attitudes (frogs, not Frogs). They won’t hop far away when you approach and if you get too close they will attack and bite. It’s really a sort of cartoonish thing..there’s this frog with its tiny teeth attached to your finger or whatever, but that deeply-ingrained ‘eaten alive’ fear seems to come into play.

Not teeth like a Doberman but they have fine teeth on the upper jaw and palate. They’re meant more for grabbing things they swallow whole but some folks find it disconcerting to find some vicious little amphibian chawing on their fingers. Then there are some who find it disconcerting to find themselves in the same universe as frogs….see previous post.

Remember when Mary asked for prayers for the twins who were endanger of being killed because they were in their mothers womb and I mentioned a couple who would take them?

The couple had been trying to adopt for years, they had one adoption fall through about a week before the baby was due and then they actually received a child and the father demanded the baby back after a little over a week.

I am so happy to say that they received a baby a little over a month ago and yesterday the mother signed the final papers and the adoption is signed sealed and delivered!!!!!

We were asked not to talk about it publicly until it was certain.

Why are you trying to get me to buy more headphones? Do people collect headphones? I already have a set. I only have two ears, after all. Headphones don’t really wear out like shoes, either.

It is shockingly absurd. She asked Rosenstein if he had read the classified report and he said he hadn’t and she wanted him to promise to read it before he became the Dep. Att. Gen. He looked just slightly taken aback and said he didn’t have clearance to read it. She asked something else absurd and he had a good answer for that, too. She needs to be pulled out of her position.

Wikileaks Unveils ‘Vault 7’: “The Largest Ever Publication Of Confidential CIA Documents”; Another Snowden Emerges

    http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2017-03-07/wikileaks-hold-press-conference-vault-7-release-8am-eastern

A total of 8,761 documents have been published as part of ‘Year Zero’, the first in a series of leaks the whistleblower organization has dubbed ‘Vault 7.’ WikiLeaks said that ‘Year Zero’ revealed details of the CIA’s “global covert hacking program,” including “weaponized exploits” used against company products including “Apple’s iPhone, Google’s Android and Microsoft’s Windows and even Samsung TVs, which are turned into covert microphones.”

WikiLeaks tweeted the leak, which it claims came from a network inside the CIA’s Center for Cyber Intelligence in Langley, Virginia.

Among the more notable disclosures which, if confirmed, “would rock the technology world”, the CIA had managed to bypass encryption on popular phone and messaging services such as Signal, WhatsApp and Telegram. According to the statement from WikiLeaks, government hackers can penetrate Android phones and collect “audio and message traffic before encryption is applied.”

Another profound revelation is that the CIA can engage in “false flag” cyberattacks which portray Russia as the assailant. Discussing the CIA’s Remote Devices Branch’s UMBRAGE group, Wikileaks’ source notes that it “collects and maintains a substantial library of attack techniques ‘stolen’ from malware produced in other states including the Russian Federation.

Because we made it over that wall.

I laughed out loud at that one! We’re all coming along, slowly, Wooly.

Somehow, I’m with you. I pity MJ, somehow really like Takei, and loathe Obama and all Clintons. The whole lineup of Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders couldn’t tempt me to shake the hand of a Clinton or Obama.

I guess it might be because I view Takei more as a victim, just like Milo. They were both sexually assualted and abused, and that messed them up, to the point that they can’t even tell that they are messed up. Same as MJ. They need someone to love them, and help them recover. You don’t listen to the opinion of drug dealers or witch doctors on which church to go to, and we shouldn’t listen to folks who were raped as children for their opinions of normal sexual behavior. It doesn’t matter how well-meaning or sincere they are, they simply don’t have the capacity to accurately give any meaningful input.

A broken clock is right 2x per day, but it is never, ever going to let you know when it is time to take the biscuits out of the oven (which may or may not be kittens, to really mix metaphors).

Ann Barnhardt wrote a post years ago about what makes a Good Song.

She said something to the effect of, “If you can imagine singing it in front of your spouse and Christ, to either of them, or if you can imagine Christ singing it to you and/or your spouse, then it’s a good song.”

The Cure’s Love Song is one of those. But there are so many. I could probably fill four CDs with songs from the last 50 years that are Christian, but technically aren’t.

Even the Daily Beast is concerned about President Obama.

Barack Obama’s Politically Active Post-Presidency Isn’t Normal, or Good
Just as his limited résumé and celebrity candidacy helped open the door for President Trump’s run, his politicking since leaving office may be setting a dangerous precedent.

Everything revolved around Hillary winning. The oligarchs are playing from behind the 8 ball with someone who is willing to hit them over the head with the pool stick and they have no idea how to play.

Obama has always been a puppet, groomed just as Wooly said, because Obama is such a big public fish he may just find himself the fish that his masters are willing to sacrifice.

Wikileaks Unveils ‘Vault 7’: “The Largest Ever Publication Of Confidential CIA Documents”; Another Snowden Emerges

Woo hoo!! 169 miles into the race and Aliy has taken the lead! Since she started out in 41st position, that means she has passed up 40 other teams. The question–always–is whether she will be able to maintain the pace. Currently she is traveling at a very sustainable 7.2 MPH. General wisdom is that it is best not to take the lead in the first third of the race, so as not to wear out your dogs. She seems to be traveling comfortably, so that will likely not be an issue. Pete Kaiser is 3 miles behind her, in 3rd place. The weather is sunny and clear and -24 degrees.

    Go Aliy!

    lilbirdee12’s prayer:

Our Heavenly Father, Your children come to you tonight to ask for healing and peace throughout our country so that we may return to being One Nation Under God. Guide us to be leaders in Your Kingdom, spreading Your Love and Salvation to all. Forgive us our sins and deliver us from evil.

Lord, we ask for a blanket of protection over all our troops and law enforcement who serve to defend and protect us. Bless our representatives with the strength and wisdom they need to achieve the path You have chosen for us.

Please place Your Guardian Angels of Protection around Donald Trump and Mike Pence and their families as they seek to lead America back to You.

Grant us patience, Lord, as the evil ones try to anger us and cause us to fall.
Spread blessings over Israel and Netanyahu.

We humbly ask that You please comfort those who are grieving and in pain.
Thank you Father, for Your Love and the gift of Life.

In Jesus name, we pray. Amen

I can’t help but reiterate that Obama is probably the most interesting man alive.

He was planned, made, and guided through a whole life to the Presidency.

That actually happened. Can’t be refuted, none of it. All that happened.

Part of me hopes that Obama never reads any of these exposes, never finds out about his ultimate origins in the minds of 1950s commies and “adult magazine” models.

Part of me hopes he does. That he wakes to his puppeteers.
