Yeah, under Obamacare you’d think their sole legitimate purpose in counseling on birth control would move over to physicians as part of a total health program. Left with their fulltime job of murdering children and selling the resulting parts more people would see them for what they are, a 21st century death camp system.
Somehow the PP of New Orleans got enough money under what we’re told are (Obama) Katrina funds to build a huge new abattoir right where it can best serve the murder needs of its primary constituency, the black community. This ain’t no converted 7-11, this is a whole new, built from the ground up, death camp. You think we’re seeing huge protests by the black community that white teams have organized and built favilities in their hood to murder future black generations in the womb? Interfering with the operation of a genocidal operation killing off a portion of a Federally protected group is a hate crime. On top of that the target audience isn’t complaining so wouldn’t protesting its operation be racist and telling the participants in their own eradication that we know better then they would insult their intelligence.

It’s a hell of a thing. They kill off a number of innocent black babies, then during the teen years more die to their society’s chosen path of violence. And as near as I can determine, not being sarcastic at all, it’s mostly white people who care about that black murder rater of their youth.
They align themselves with the people who wish to, plan to, and fund murdering their children. I really, really do not get it.

General consensus is that either is correct–although “lifesize”, non-hyphenated, is gaining in usage over “life-size”, w/hyphen. The one with the final “d” has not dropped the hyphen.

I tend to look at life-sized as something having been sized by life…let’s go with lifesize and drink to the evolution of English, and going green by eliminating hyphens.

I do not know a lot about Mexican history, but from what little I do know, it seems there has rarely, if ever, been a non-corrupt government there. Ever? It sure doesn’t seem like it.

It’s been a possession of Spain and France and when the last European power left there was an upper class of Europeans and Mexicans more European than the prons and Indians. That upperclass ruled (some say still do rule) Mexico.
In truth the US has been something of a dirty uncle to Mexico, especially when it came to assisting the Mexican government in its quest to kill off the native Indians. Then again, we did that in Guatemala too…
Mex government is largely a corrupt POS, but then we sort of ignored it and allowed it to happen. We are largely reaping the product of what’s been created by corrupt/shortsighted pols who, past and present, profited/still profit from a corrupt Mexico. Just my take on it.

Is this porch a fully enclosed four seasons sun room? I (few friends) installed a few years back a full sunroom, heated tile floor, gable roof, now my porch opens into the dining room. On a cold winter or hot summer day that’s where I enjoy my morning coffee…..

Nope. This is small, very small. They took out the screens and installed 4 track vinyl windows… Considering that there are only 3ish seasons here, with a good heater you could sit out… We might put in a small gas heater. We had a 4 seasons sunroom in NY with the bent glass top that looked like a greenhouse… It was something like 6 x 18 we called it the Atrium Lounge, we had our bar there…. sweet memories. 🙂

I’ve been sitting here looking at a small article on the Chinese Dongfeng mobile nuke ICBM, same one I mentioned China had deployed to the Russian border.
The Dongfeng is remarkably similar to the Russian Topol system, a system that they would use a lot to send us a message. We would constantly be looking at overheads of their depot areas to see if they were in garrison or had been deployed. If they were out it was almost impossible to counter them and where their primary purpose was defensive they could be used for a first strike. Sending them out was a sign the Kremin was unhappy.
The US was going to develop its own mobile ststem, the Midgetman to those who remember, but even that was to be deployed in a rather limited area, while Russian and Chinese systems can go by road or by rail. Midgetman was killed by progskis even though we had solid intel that the Russians, broke as they were, were continuing to develop the Topol series and the Chinese were working hard on the Dongfeng. Both countries were also developing, thanks to US technology, their own GPS satellite systems that could be used for targeting.
Now the international progs have us with a defensive land-based deterrent system whose positions have been public knowledge for decades, an aging air attack system and SLBMs that Russia and China are working hard to neutralize. They are both working hard to make their systems stronger, harder to deal with and deadlier while we’re wallowing in denial.
I would say to watch for China to develop scary space-based weapons systems, they have so much of our space technology they won’t have to play much catchup, that’ll make Russia nervous too. Trump’ll have problems setting programs in place that will live long enough to withstand not only Rat intransigence in keeping us paramount, but the building international pressure from ‘friends’ and foe alike. They smell our national weakness and are gathering to exploit it.

I was trying to watch the march, and then the meeting with PM May broke in, and I thought there were some things I could get done today. On FOX they are talking about so many different things that the POTUS has done this week I am dizzy.

Morris, an 82 year-old man, went to the doctor to get a physical.

If I had an Obamacare tax penalty I would file an extension for 6 months to see what develops.

There’s a liberal I work with who admitted that he has to take the penalty. He’s required to have healthcare and can’t afford Obummercare. It’ll be interesting to see if his opinions change about some things going forward.

Trying to discern the unique stupidity of EU, U.S. Congress, EU media. Reading article on Infosecurity referencing Pres Trump’s EO re: immigration, EU has assumed the EO also includes data of EU citizens. “This raised fears that European citizens’ data stored by large US multinationals in America could be at risk from prying from agencies including the NSA and FBI.” (sigh)
Reading further, “…the US Congress adopted a new law last year, the US Judicial Redress Act, which extends the benefits of the US Privacy Act to Europeans and gives them access to US courts.” This law goes into effect 1 Feb.
Article’s conclusion – “…the Trump administration’s ‘America First’ policies could yet jeopardize the data sharing agreement.”

50 years ago today, Grissom, White and Chaffee perished in a fire in the pre-launch of Apollo 1. Their courage and bravery, and those of the men who followed them, sparked a renaissance in scientific understanding that continue to reap spin off benefits today. Perhaps we will be blessed again to have a nation, and an administration, that is willing to take big risks for unknown rewards.
RIP gentlemen. Thank you for your service to our Nation.
