Ah, yes. It’s finally Friday. Heading home to see Mrs. T, and some young’uns in the morning. Coffee up y’all, especially if you have to go to the airport. Any airport, tomorrow, today, or any time in the next few days. 🙄

I’m thinking Boing Boing is being pressured to lower the rediculous costs. No one else’s 5th generation fighters are running this much and ours shouldn’t either.
Our aircraft development has a pattern: developer submits a winning design, design develops issues after acceptance, more money’s thrown at the already accepted design and so it goes. Years after the initial acceptance there’ll be upgrades and new series that all require the money hose be turned on again.
If Trump can bring our defense contractors into line, have them adopt honest and efficient business practices, we’ll all be in better shape. One AF F-35 price is $148 million, one Marine F-35 is $251 million and one Navy F-35 is $337 million. Each one can be downed by a far, farbless exoensive missile.

It’s going to be refreshing to have a President who, instead of playing Obama’s sick game of Brewster’s Trillions (sic) by trying to spend every last dollar, acts like a real businessman, and tries to save our country’s money.

You know, it just occurred to me that there is a possibility that Trump can reduce the national debt by doing things like this. I mean, congress just assumes things will go on as usual and therefore, the debt will just continue to grow.

    ‘Morning everyone!
Yesterday our neighbors stopped by for some Christmas cheer. I actually made those Macadamia White Chocolate pudding cups. They were awesome. They came out like the best, creamiest ice cream you have ever, ever had. The recipe makes a total of 16, it was really easy to mix up. The leftovers are going to another neighbor who will be having a lot of company for Christmas. Today’s major task is to make DH’s favorite pound cake. It’s all good. 🙂

4 Washington state electors to be fined $1,000 for vote

Clinton won the state’s popular vote last month, earning her 12 electoral votes. Under state law, presidential electors — who are chosen by their party at their state convention — sign a pledge to vote for their party’s nominees for president and vice president. But during Monday’s Electoral College vote in Olympia, Clinton got just eight votes, while former Secretary of State Colin Powell got three and Native American tribal elder and activist Faith Spotted Eagle got one vote.

I was among a group of folks this week who all volunteer for various endeavors.

After some scripture reading a question was posed. “How have we “made known the message” of God’s love this Christmas?

You may not mention material goods or your family in your answer.

It was a very interesting discussion.

Our neighbor walked by with his dogs. His wife had some kind of surgery this past Wednesday, so we asked about her. He said she was doing fine, but his mother died yesterday. 96, took a fall and there wasn’t much they could do. She has been living with him for a few years. He said that she is in a better place with his dad… sighs Amen.

I was 19, in college finals, at Christmas time about to go on break, when my father died of a heart attack. My mother was left alone, both of her sons were about to be adults, but had left home….there was no Christmas that year….my heart was broken…he was 57 years old….I am 75 now….I still miss my father….and also my mother who did not live much longer than my father either. Christmas is when a lot of people pass away for some reason….Did not mean my comment disrespectful in any manner….but missing a LONG time partner and friend that you had kids with is just HARD…and lonely.

By lending support to the notion that Israelis are living in the land of Israel contrary to International law, he emboldens the Palestinians to increase the frequency and intensity of their attacks on Israelis. Obama is now directly responsible for any deaths that occur because of his cowardly, anti-Semitic, anti-Western decision.
