      Yeah, Stein’s stirring the compost. Money’s pouring in to her efforts, one wonders from whom, and she’s nearly doubled the contributions to fund the recount as she the donations to fund her campaign.
      Hillary’s campaign has already said they’re unofficially interested in officially joining in. Probably trying to avoid the ‘spoiled sport’ label well as irritating Trump after her conceding and his generous offer to let her walk rather than have a special prosecutor give her just desserts. Most of these recount efforts fail and were these efforts to fail and Hillary to be standing there with dirty hands after getting that ‘get out of jail’ card…well, it just might negate the original deal.
      We’ve entered the thick of the battle for America’s soul and the cancerous Democrats, Greens, progressives of all stripes and there assorted hangers-on will battle to the death to destroy it and us.

        Interesting read…

        I don’t know a lot about the Green Party, but from what I can see they’re another far left Socialist party. Tree hugging stoners that want Big Government to limit YOUR carbon footprint. With free abortions and college tuition for all!

        But here’s the odd thing. I went through the state totals (at CNN and at USA Today). I set a criteria for finding “close” states where voting shenanigans could have made a difference. I used the parameters of ( less than a 75,000 vote count difference that was also less than a 12% difference ) and/or ( a difference of <= 0.5% regardless of vote count difference ). This is what I found:

        Close states that went to Clinton:
        Maine, 4 proportioned electoral votes, Clinton ahead by 20K votes (3 electoral votes given to Clinton, 1 to Trump)
        Minnesota, 10 electoral votes, Clinton by 44K votes
        Nevada, 6 electoral votes, Clinton by 27K votes
        New Hampshire, 4 electoral votes, Clinton by 3K votes
        New Mexico, 5 electoral votes, Clinton ahead by 65K (margin was 8.3%, 64,849 votes)
        Delaware, 3 electoral votes, Clinton ahead by 50K (margin was 11.5% but only 50,478 votes)

        total 31-32 electoral votes, 208K votes in these 6 states

        Close states that went to Trump:
        Michigan, 16 electoral votes, 10.7K votes
        Pennsylvania, 20 electoral votes, 68K votes
        Wisconsin, 10 electoral votes, 27K votes

        total 46 electoral votes, 105.7K votes in 3 states

        In terms of the number of human votes cast, New Hampshire was closest, followed by Michigan, then Maine, Nevada, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Delaware, New Mexico, and finally Pennsylvania.

        While Alaska went to Trump by only 37.4K, that was 15.2%. Arizona just misses my parameters with Trump up 85K votes.

        So why isn’t the Green Party pushing for recounts in the 3 or 4 closest states, and instead pushing for Pennsylvania, which had the largest vote margin of any of these 9 states? Especially given the election day crap we’ve seen before in Minnesota (Al Franken anyone?) Fairness? Honest elections? Horse apples.

        They’re gunning for Trump, and only for Trump, and doing it as a favor for their fellow Progressives in the DNC so the she-beast doesn’t take the rap. It’s obvious.

        Here’s the link for Michigan going to Trump, finally. Yet it’s still only semi-official. Good grief. This provisional ballot stuff sucks. Time to change the rules: register well ahead of time or you don’t get to vote. Oh, you’re moving right before election day? Fine, then you absentee vote before you move. Period.

    Spent much of the day, on and off, planting the last of my brassicas. In what may be a futile effort to make them rodent resistant I sprayed them with a commercial mixture composed of old blood, rotten egg, garlic oil, old Hillary speeches and McRib sandwiches. Just kidding, no McRib in it.

    I have been racking my brain trying to figure out the recount nonsense. There is no way Hilary can steal the votes and delegates she needs to stage a successful coup but she can certainly be an annoying thorn in the side of Trump and get the more emotional based Trump supporters running around in circles.

    Finally a 💡went on. I believe the ever arrogant, entitled Hillary is so used to having all the power, so used to intimidating people, so used to holding all of the cards that she blindly and ignorantly thinks she still has a card play.

    My guess is HRC is angling for a “gentleman’s agreement” from Trump that if she doesn’t challenge the election results DOJ won’t indict her. Or as attorney’s would say HRC is mounting a nuisance suit.
