You’d think that with as many countries, not just people but countries, Soros has pissed off he’d be very circumspect. He’s buggered currencies in England, Malaysia, Thailand and Russia. Documents were released in the last few days showing he’s been actively wirkingnon overthrowing Putin and he’s been supporting the pro-Palestinian Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions Movement that is trying to destabilize Isreal. There are also numbers of government officials aroubd the world his front organization’s been paying off to push his agenda.
With a chorus of offended governments like that you’d think he’d have a food taster and Kevlar undies, yet he still draws breath.
BTW, the website for DCLeaks, the group that leaked a bunch of stolen Soros embarrassing political documents, has mysteriously been taken down and its Twitter account – no explanation from Twitter as to why the account was taken down. Wonder if Soreass made them an offer they couldn’t refuse?

Wife of “LaVoy Finicum” Suing Feds

    http://dennismichaellynch.com/wife-of-lavoy-finicum-suing-feds/

Brian Claypool is the attorney for Jeanette Finicum. She is the wife of the Arizona rancher, LaVoy Finicum, who was shot dead by authorities during the occupation of the Malhuer Widlife Refuge last year. Claypool told the Oregonian that Jeanette Finicum and the family are definitely pursuing a lawsuit against Oregon State Police and two FBI agents.

Although prosecutors determined Oregon State Police officers were justified in firing at Robert LaVoy Finicum, Claypool says evidence shows shots were fired contrary to statements made during the investigation.

The Department of Justice is investigating whether an agent lied about firing two shots that did not hit Finicum and if four others worked to hide it later. Claypool said a press conference is planned for September.

Claypool also represents Ryan Bundy in his case related to the occupation. That case begins next week.

This case has all the ear marks of turning into a complete circus.

Here is the reason that Bundy won’t have the bullet fragment removed from his arm so that it can be shown who fired the shot that struck him. Bundy and Claypool want to “protect evidence” for his law suit. Unbelievable, he is intentionally interfering with an investigation into possible criminal conduct by FBI agents to protect his civil suit.

While I agree that the Finicum Family has grounds for a civil suit, relative to the shots fired at the vehicle as it approached the roadblock and the two unreported shots fired after the vehicle came to rest in the snow bank. Unfortunately, Ryan Bundy’s antics aren’t helping their cause and now a TV star attorney!! Sadly, this whole thing was a train wreck from the start and it doesn’t look like it is going to get any better.

I have no doubt about that. And, that affects the criminal case, doesn’t it?

          auscitizenmom,

There is an unprecedented criminal investigation being conducted against a number of FBI agents for lying and probably obstructing justice. That spent round will confirm what kind of round that was fired into the truck and struck Bundy and if it was fired by an FBI weapon. With luck there maybe enough identifying markings on the round to positively identify the weapon that fired it. That round is very important piece of evidence in a criminal investigation into the actions of the FBI, not Bundy.

The “FBI” aren’t conducting this investigation, their IAD equivalent is. I know that you don’t mean to be insulting, but this is the same claim I heard many times about IAD investigating police misconduct cases and yet as a result of just my investigations, we arrested around two dozen officers and over fifty were terminated or resigned under investigation/charges.

Also, you have an Inspector General, the DOJ and a Federal Grand Jury on the Federal side watching this investigation. Do you really think that the “FBI” is going to make this bullet disappear?

Yes, when it comes to CYA the Feds are the experts! Accountability this is the question. Do you remember this little incident, the Army “lost”, 8 Stinger missiles from a government facility in NJ during the middle ’80s. Six months later, my Ammo account was audited by DOD Army Auditing Agency. Small Arms (5.56-.50 plus mortar), Artillery (105mm-155mm). During this training year, (I was Div G-3) we expended 1.5 million rounds of ammo. The audit accounted for everything except, 10 rounds of 5.56. I was my read my Article 32 rights. While awaiting my JAG officer so the questioning could continue. My JAG officer told these DOD people “it’s probably a math error”. That’s what it was. It was Their math error…….
That was my first intro to how the Feds apply their rules, who cares about Stinger Missles, but 10 rounds of 5.56 it’s a Crime. That was life in the old Army………

Train wreck you say? Good grief, what a mess.

Tim Sharp is being supported by Victoria Sharp (girl inside Finicum’s car) in his quest to gain sole custody of his children who are currently in the custody of Kansas CPS as the fled their mother’s home in such fear for their lives that they hid her guns so as not to be shot if she discovered them escaping.

Children who performed at Oregon standoff still in Kansas state custody

        http://www.kansascity.com/news/state/kansas/article97272587.html

Meanwhile Claypool (civil attorney for Bundy and Finicum) was apparently just doing the MSM circuit yammering about the relevance of Lochte’s moronic drunken behavior in Brazil 🙄.

Not exactly who a reasonable person might want in their corner for serous matters.

        From oldaiguys link;

An attorney for Ryan Bundy said his client will not agree to have metal fragments removed from his shoulder due to concerns that the metal, which he described as “a crucial piece of evidence,” could be lost or damaged by law enforcement.

“At some juncture, he’ll have to have the bullet removed,” Claypool said. “But preservation of evidence is crucial to us and you don’t need the bullet for the criminal case.”

Buddy has no reason to trust the government, neither does he have any reason not to have the fragments from his shoulder removed and preserve the evidence chain as he could have a representative present to oversee the procedure such as his criminal attorney.

        But wait!

Ryan Bundy is representing himself and declared himself sovereign from the government.

Ryan Bundy wants $1M to be ‘defendant’ or ‘judge’

        http://koin.com/2016/07/28/ryan-bundy-wants-1m-to-be-defendant-or-judge/

U.S. District Court Judge Anna Brown may quash Ryan’s quest to represent himself.

It is a right the defendant must adopt knowingly and intelligently; under some circumstances the trial judge may deny the authority to exercise it, as when the defendant simply lacks the competence to make a knowing or intelligent waiver of counsel or when his self-representation is so disruptive of orderly procedures that the judge may curtail it.

Brown is accusing Bundy of obstruction misconduct and possibly ruling today as whether or not she will force counsel on him.

Ryan Bundy Could Lose Ability To Represent Himself At Trial

Brown also said Bundy has filed “frivolous Motions” on the court docket. In July, Bundy filed a motion that declared himself an “idiot of the ‘Legal Society’” who isn’t subject to federal law.

“’The right of self-representation is not a license to abuse the dignity of the courtroom,’” Brown quoted from a 2004, Ninth Circuit case. “’Neither is it a license not to comply with relevant rules of procedural and substantive law.’”

Bundy still has his court appointed stand-by counsel.

        Anyhow.

What is Finicum’s wife suing the Feds for? I’m sure wrongful death but under what circumstances is she claiming wrongful death? The shots that they claim were fired at the original stop? The unconstitutionality of the BLM and its ties to Harry Reid, Russia and uranium? The agent lying about firing his gun twice and subsequent cover up? Do we know when that agent who lied about firing his gun fired his gun?

I haven’t been keeping up. So any insight is appreciated.

When things look sideways there is always some adjusting that needs to be done.

        Sorry for the novela.

I hope that Victoria can remain out of these Federal cases, she is a screwed up kid thanks in part to her mom.

My thoughts exactly. The Ryan and the Finicums need a really good attorney, Claypool is not that guy.

What can I say about Ryan Bundy, other than he is his own worst enemy. I would be interested to see his psych evaluation.

I don’t know the basis of the lawsuit, but I suspect the shots fired by the OSP as Lavoy sped towards the roadblock and the unreported shots fired at the truck after it came to rest in the snow bank will be given as the reason Lavoy went for his pistol.

It will be interesting to see if a jury buys that claim (if that is their claim)They don’t have much else going for them relative to a civil rights case (wrongful death).

“The unconstitutionality of the BLM and its ties to Harry Reid, Russia and uranium?”

I’m reasonably sure that they may attempt to bring this issues up, but I doubt a judge would find the relevant to a civil rights case.

I fear that this is going to continue to be a long and difficult case.

Trump Did Not Flip-Flop on Immigration

    http://takimag.com/article/trump_did_not_flip_flop_on_immigration_gavin_mcinnes/print#ixzz4IhBjbWlV

Trump never guaranteed he would deport every single illegal alien in the country. The BBC told us he would “deport every single illegal immigrant” and CNN said his “deportation force” would get rid of all 11 million illegals. However, when you go back and look at exactly what Donald Trump said, you realize this whole flip-flop thing was a myth. The Trump who promised to rid America of every single illegal alien is a straw man. When he denies his critics their straw man, they say he’s changing his mind. But that was never his mind in the first place. The left needs to understand that Trump is not a cartoon villain and the right needs to understand he’s not a god. Nobody can guarantee a mass deportation of all our illegals (the educated guess seems to come to at least 30 million, but I think it’s closer to 50 million). A sane man starts with the present and calls for moratoriums on the most troublesome immigrants while promising to build a wall that will prevent future illegals. That’s what Trump has done. As far as those who are already here, we should do our best to get rid of as many as we can. That’s the promise we are still counting on.

When arguing for the case that Trump has flip-flopped, there were two moments that kept coming up. One is a Meet the Press he did with Chuck Todd on Trump’s private jet. In this interview, Todd rightfully warns of how nearly impossible it would be to deport 11 million people. “You’re splitting up families?” Todd asked while clutching his clipboard, “You’re going to deport children?” Trump very sternly responded with “No. No.” He said what he’s always said, which is “They have to go.” This is true. Illegal aliens have to go.

To write him off because he doesn’t have superhuman deportation powers is to fall for the DNC’s straw-man argument. He will deport millions of illegals and he will not be giving a free pass to even the most law-abiding ones. Trump at his very worst, at his most amnesty-friendly, is still a million times better than Clinton. As Green Beret Terry Schappert put it, “Can’t we all just shake hands, admit our candidate is flawed, and then devote all our combined energy to beating Hillary? Is it that hard?”

This morning my DD posted pics of her youngest on his way to 7th grade with his two buddies. There he is – tall and smiling (he’s taller than his mom now). How can that be? His brother started his junior year in high school a few days ago. When did my babies become young men?
